Helpful, friendly and good old fashioned customer service. A proper range of everything for your pets too (maybe not for more exotic stuff like Lions though). Happy to return and happy to recommend.

We went in late on a Friday as puppy was arriving Monday. We told the ladies we needed everything and they couldn't have been more helpful. Not just in our purchases but other advice. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Will certainly be going back when we need more items

Great pet shop. Loads of stock and really helpful staff. It's nice to have a local shop like this so don't waste your time with pets at home or other big chains when this local business is on your doorstep. If you need advice this is a great place to start. Great.

Paid a visit to Addison's last weekend and bought one of those K9 Julias harnesses for my Springer, really good quality stuff there, not cheap but you get what you pay for.
