I really enjoyed this place.A great value.The pancakes are thick and filling. Two pancakes here are more filling than 3 pancakes are at some other places. The bacon is crisp and very tasty. The bread is good.The homefries are ok. They are crisp cubes. Most of them are ok. Some of them can be greasy.Harvey's style ordering. Place your order at the till, they will slide the tray up top, take a seat (or wait there if you really want to), my order took about 10 minutes, and they will call you when it is ready.Right beside you when you get your tray is a condiment station.Here you will see ketchup bottles, HP sauce, Syrup, several types of vinegar and a few other things.There are salt & pepper shakers and a napkin dispenser at the tables.Washrooms are just a couple of small single person units.The place is clean, a good variety of choices on the menu and plenty of seating.All in all a great place.

I don't normally leave comments/feedbacks but I just cant resist on this one. This cozy restaurant is just amazing, do yourself a favor, visit them and order your favorite dish. The staffs are nice and dishes are delicious! Me and my family including my 3 year old kid enjoyed it a lot. I ordered their steak burger, fish and chips and onion rings, then add a little pepper, salt and ketchup on top of it, absolutely stunning. I've personally been to many fish and chips restaurant and this is by far the best. Highly recommended and I'm already staving now by looking at the photos!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 4 burgers, fries and onion rings..Completely unedible!Onion rings were hard as a rock.Fries were old, cold and dry.The burgers buns were soggy !

Great food, friendly staff, clean. You can still get a breakfast for less than $9.00 at this place! That's a rarity nowadays!Food was excellent with a great selection to choose from. They have a large selection of beverages and are also LLBO certified.Great place to stop. Highly recommend.

Very generous serving size for a very great value. The 3-eggs super breakfast only costs me $13 + hst and I was full until dinner time. The food was quite satisfactory and might be better than Denny’s or Wimpy’s. Keep in mind that this is an all American/Canadian truckers restaurant type. I will definitely return. I highly recommend their breakfast and lunch combos. I will have to return again when I’m in the area. Cheers!

Food is always good here. Usually, I have a burger and onion rings...which, are a absolute must if you've never had them here before. Tried breakfast this time, very good as well. Good size portions.Kind of quirky to dine in. Seat yourself...and clean up after yourself...lol. They have a spot to drop off your trays, clean your plates, and drop off your cutlery. I don't mind it at all, helps speed things up if you're in for a quick bite.

Frida's is one of “the originals” of Cambridge meaning it’s one of those places that have been around for what seems like forever. I haven’t been here for probably 20 years to eat, however I’d pop in occasionally and grab a large take dish of ceasar dressing for family functions or just to have in my fridge. I decided to grab lunch with high expectations to only feel a little let down. The cashier and chef were supper nice and attentive. We ordered a large ceasar salad, Pork Slovaki on a pita and a BC burger with fries and 2 pop, grand total was approx $49.00. I wanted to add a large ceasar dressing to go and the cashier said the new owner wouldn’t allow it. This really perturbed me because what owner wouldn’t want their product to be a conversation piece in someone’s home that’s free word of mouth advertising, makes me wonder how long or if any restaurant experience this owner has.Ceasar salad came out first and isn’t a ceasar salad, it was made with only iceberg lettuce and a cpl crutons. The rest of our food was average, nothing special especially concidering the cost. Sorry guys but you dropped the ball.

Loved the food, loved the service! Highly recommended. Had the grilled chicken, breaded chicken, steak sandwich, and roast beef sandwich. All awesome!
