If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. Stay away... and when they lose your package (in the store), they will lie. They are NOT UPS... they are a store with an agreement to use UPS as their courier. Be warned! Don't use them! UPS is investigating them.

I would've rate it 0 if there was an option to do so. Do not send any item through this store. They're a bunch of thieves. I sent 5 boxes 4 weeks ago never received it. I kept calling the store but not helpful at all. I tried truck the itesm it says label created but never shipped. Customer service started investigation they couldn't locate it.when I call the store they hungup the phone on me. Ups really need to do an investigation about this store. Ppl go to send their items thinking its a reputable shipping company tho this not.

Pick and Go Store
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I've gone here its been the worst customer service ever. The are slow and work like sloths. I have 9 boxes that are no where to be found. No call even though they have my cell? No email even though they have my email. HORRIBLE. Find another UPS Store and go there no matter the distance. The only reason I go here is because its close to my house. How can UPS keep these guys as a representative of their shipping company with so many negative comments and reviews. NEVER AGAIN!

The store opens at 9:00, the employee arrived at 9:45 not seeming to worry one bit about the customers waiting in front of the store. I gave him the reference number of my packages after he finished opening up his store, he came back from the backstore asking me to come and pick up the boxes as they were heavy. I could not believe it, and he was not a small guy! Plus all those sign saying a dropoff was 5$, everything was just odd about that location, I will select a different pickup location from now on...

I went to pick up a parcel today after seeing on their website that they’re open on Saturdays. When I got there, I found a hand written note on the door saying they’re closed on Saturdays. I’ve got better things to do with my time.You really should update your website. While you’re at it, extend your business hours during the week to past 18:30. There are people that work during business hours, believe it or not.

Worst UPS store, go anywhere else that actually opens when it's supposed to, and in the two occasion that I have caught it open, customer service experience is very weak. The employee doesn't seem to care whatsoever and takes their sweet time to serve you just to return a parcel.

They are masquerading as a franchised UPS store but are only a print store with a UPS drop off point. They have the official" UPS store banner still up on the physical store front.They tried to charge 10.00$ for dropping a prepaid labelled package.Needless to say I took my package to drop it at another UPS. This is not something an official UPS store would do.Proceed with caution."

Easily the worst place I've visited around, this isn't even a real UPS store. Guy who works there is impolite, unprofessional, makes remarks on people's appearance and overall makes them uncomfortable. This is just based on my experience, although I've heard stories about them stealing packages or charging more for nothing.

Very rude customer service. Giving 1 star also because of one person who was reasonable and the only one in store with some good manners. Wanted to charge 5 dollars for Amazon prime return which is free . Guy told me i must pay because its not Amazon its a shop where you are standing right now. Must try to change their attitude .
