This is my favourite ServiceOntario in the entire Golden Horseshoe. I drive 25km both ways and it's worth it. Friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and never a line.Just be respectful.

Went to Service Canada in Fort Erie to renew my children's health card. I took the form they mailed out to me all filled outand ready. When I got there a bigger older lady with short brunette hair proceeded to stare at me. When I asked what else was needed she proceeded to talk over me and listed the items I needed to have when coming in to renew in person. The attitude was not necessary. Seriously fire these older people who are miserable and hold good jobs! They don't appreciate it! Hire me! I'll do a much better job at serving customers, which btw is why you have a job! Without customers you wouldn't be required in the position your currently in!

Yikes!!! You should always try to be positive and leave a good review when you get good service. In this case omg... Registering a vehicle that came out of province was just too much. All the paperwork in hand. Tom at the Front counter was super rude and openly said we are treated differently moving from another province. Not to mention the people allowed in the service Ontario with out a mask. Shame on this service Ontario

Christine was a star! She helped me and my disabled father renew his health card. She treated us with dignity and respect as there were a few minor hiccups. Well done!

As usual, a great experience. Had to wait outside for a few minutes due to the covid scam distancing rules, but it was a short wait. Staff are friendly for the most part but they have a job to do and they do it efficiently. Still has the small town atmosphere that we all miss in other places.

I highly recommend visiting this Service Ontario, anytime I need to get something done I travel the 20min from Niagara Falls because of the customer service and quick turn around. 5 stars every time

Such an amazing change of pace from Niagara Falls. The employees here are very nice, efficient and don't appear to hate their job like the folks in the falls. Never a long wait and fast, friendly service. Kudos to you for a job well done!

I went yesterday in Service Ontario office with my husbandand our disable son.The women working there was very helpfull,nice manners and very proffesional .WE glad sameone like her is working there,

The man behind the counter was very rude. He told me I've made no effort to get the correct info and implying I was lying when I had papers signed by a notary. If you get a bald man, wait for the next counter to be free.
