Used Apple Septic this morning 8/6/22 to pump And flush our system. Very, very professional and have a great explanation of what was happening in this process. His pricing is better than all I've checked but more importantly, he is an honest, educated man He let us know that if our system didn't need a full pump, we would just pay for an inspection charge. Will definitely use him again and refer him to all our neighbors using septic systems. A+ rating.

I had Apple Septic out for an inspection and pumping of my septic system. I am so impressed with the work ethic and integrity of Dan. He really went the extra mile in order to complete the job properly. The first problem was locating the service cover. I did not know my system had a service cover as the previous companies I had used never mentioned it. They used the inspection pipe that was sticking out of the ground. Dan informed me why this is a substandard method of pumping. He spent the time locating and digging out the access which was buried under my lawn. He invited me to stick around and watch him work so I could understand the process and gave me a lot of great information about a variety of things pertaining to the system I have. He told me exactly how to extend the service cover and where I can buy the materials so there won't be any digging next time. Dan was great: he was friendly, so helpful, and did a very thorough job. I'll be calling him back the next time I need any septic service. It's rare to come across someone that has such a passion to help educate people on a system they use daily but don't really think much about. I'm glad I listened to other people's recommendations to go with Apple. Thanks Dan!

Dan, came today and checked everything and also he explained how everything works like it was his own septic. He said that you have to be on site to supervise because some people don't finish their job completely and cheap their way out.You are very appreciated Dan, thank you very much.

Dan is very responsive, and informative. He obviously loves his job and has been doing it for a long time because his knowledge and experience really show. Very impressive in this day and age when customer service is a thing of the past.See you again in 3 years, thanks Dan.
