I sell the mutes that divitt brass makes and have referred many people for repairs. They are fair, honest and transparent. I especially appreciate the time and care that they put into educating me about international shipping procedures and customs. I almost sent them some stuff via the wrong carrier and that would’ve cost me a ton, but luckily they were very clear about how to navigate these systems. Great products, repairs, and service. They’re my go to referral in Toronto area.

I ordered a set of Finger buttons for my trumpet but had to send them back. When they arrived at D They lied to me and showed me a phony Receipt and said they had to pay a huge Duty fee saying, falsely, that I declared the fingerbuttons as ‘gifts’ and declared the value as three times what I payed.So they’re screwing me on the refund and deducting the phony ‘duty charge’ from it’BEWARE !!
