I’m just here to tell anyone who is trying to self-clear a UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc, package that this is NOT the correct facility. I don’t know why the CBPA website refuses to clarify this.The correct facility is a 16 minute drive away deep in the airport roads, at 2720 BRITANNIA ROAD EAST, MISSISSAUGA.

Have been waiting for 12 days for a package to clear customs. There is no information available. if you are lucky enough to reach a human voice all they say is this is normal we are busy. The parts I need are urgent. Hire more people if you are so busy. Terrible service. CBSA should be embarrassed but they just don't care.

If I could give a lower star rating I would...mean mean mean humans....Unbelievably rude and condescending...they literally SIGH at any question you ask like you are an idiot. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've dealt with the officers at this location, As a human being I was charged with one offense, and it was a deportable offense , the officers worked with me tirelessly to get to the bottom of it , and realized that I wasn't really guilty of the offense after all !! I give credit where the credit is due !!

I wish I could give them minus. People in this place don't know what they are doing. They don't know how to register or enter information in the system. I have done my PCR day 1 screening from this place and they didn't register me correctly and as a result 4.5 days are over and I still didn't get result. I regret doing to that place. Ah my bad...

My partner sent me a package that failed to make it through customs, which is okay, it happens. However the condition it was sent back in was was abysmal. There was dirt in the package, everything was a mess and worst of all they either stole or trashed all the artwork he had taken the time to make for me. Livid is an understatement.
