We cannot say enough about Aubrey. We called on a Friday evening and he was prompt to come out and fix our issue. It was so appreciated that they will now be our regular folks to deal with for anything plumbing and heating related. Thanks Aubrey.

Aubrey and his crew were great to work with. We put an addition on our home and all of the plumbing, from rough in to fixture installation, was done by Aubrey. Always professional, on time and no unexpected surprises. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great service!!! We had Aubrey install a shower, sink and toilet, in our basement. He was prompt, and nice to deal with, not to mention very reasonable. I also like that he cleaned up afterwards.On another occasion, we had to call him in an emergency, on a Sat., morning, when our hot water tank burst, he had it replaced within hours. Highly recommend!

Great service as always. We woke today to find out that our sump pump wasnt working. From the phone call to Aubrey pulling to our drive way was less than 45 min. He installed new pump, that he had with him (luckily for us he had one with him, since all the stores were closed today). Thank you again.

Other trades that we work with recommend him highly as well.3 years later (now in 2020) we called Saylor Plumbing for service again. This time Dawson was the plumber that came by. We were very pleased with his customer service, and skills in completing the job. The job site was left as clean as when he arrived, and all of our questions were answered fully.We continue to rate this business 5 stars.

I was super happy with the service we received from Aubrey. We had a problem with our tub tap (it wouldn't shut off) and as new home-owners we had no idea how to turn the water off. :) I called Aubrey in a panic at 6:00 in the morning and he was at our house within 45 minutes and fixed the problem same day. Will definitely use them again!

I have used Saylor plumbing on three separate occasions for a clogged bathtub, installation of 2 dishwashers and water lines and installation of a new kitchen sink. The plumbers are always prompt, courteous and offer all explanations needed. The work is done properly the first time and any mess resulting from the installation is promptly cleaned up.....Definitely recommend this company!!!

I contacted Saylor Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon in regards to getting a hot water tank replacement as mine had completely quit working. He indicated that he could not do it immediately (I never thought nor expected he would) as he was working out of town.He indicated to me that the best he could do was Friday morning.I have been pleasantly surprised from from the start. I spent many years in the customer service industry and can be very critical of the service I receive. Saylor Plumbing and Heating is an exceptional company. I recently had a basement flood and Aubrey and his team were amazing. Their work is impeccable and you could tell they really care about the job at hand even being extremely busy with many other clients. Aubrey was patient and answered all of my questions. He worked diligently to have the problem fixed in a timely manner, even during covid. This company is extremely professional and I would recommend Aubrey and his team to everyone.
