We experienced excellent customer service from Eco Icon. After having to replace our furnace and thermostat the technician stayed long enough to thoroughly explain how the system works and how control and sue the new Eco Bee Thermostat. Very professional and super work. We definitely commend them.

Eco Icon Inc. was awesome to work with! I reached out to them and received a reply immediately. They were able to schedule us within 24 hours.They ended up doing great work on our commercial AC unit which had Stopped working. Two guys came over and performed diligent work to make sure all of the vents were cleaned correctly and properly diagnosed the problem and find the best and most cost efficient solution possible. They were respectful to staff and customers while on site and very polite and professional. They were able to arrange major work & repairs around our normal operating hours in order not to disrupt our business.After they left, everything had worked like it was brand new. We are very happy with the overall quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the team.

Last summer during the heat wave, my AC randomly stopped working. One of my friends had highly recommended Bobby to me. I called them and they managed to send a technician out to my house. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They came back the following day and installed a new AC for me at a very good price.
