I can't begin to express how amazing Lucho, Jana and their team were on our wedding day. Not only did they document our special day with such detail and care, they became an integral part in making our day that much more special with how personable and professional they are.The photos and videos are absolutely stunning and we'll be recommending them to ALL our friends and family.

My husband and I searched for photographer and videographer companies for a while, only to find that many companies only specialized on one or the other. Some companies did offer packages, but their asking price was very steep. While doing one of our searches, my husband came across Farawayland. They had everything we were looking for and more, for a very reasonable price. The package we selected included bridal hair and makeup. That was one less thing for me to worry about! When Lucho did our engagement photo shoot we were blown away by the quality of work and we were very excited to have him capture our wedding day. On our wedding day, we had an entire team working with us. They were all so flexible, polite, and creative in telling us how to pose and capturing candid moments and details. When Lucho showed us our wedding highlight video I shed tears. Our entire day was summed up into a beautiful 5-minute clip with a song of our choosing. I highly recommend Farawayland, and I look forward to continuing to work with them for other events.

Lucho and Farawayland Productions was an absolute pleasure to photograph and film our wedding. The package we arranged with Lucho was first class in every detail, starting with our engagement photo shoot, where we selected Stanley Park. Following the engagement shots, we were given digital copies of all the photos, which we used for our invitations and guest book. Lucho called us several times to arrange the day of the wedding, making sure no detail was overlooked. His crew of photographers captured the day of the wedding in a natural, yet extremely professional manner. The wedding was both photographed and filmed, by a crew of four individuals. Following our wedding, Lucho edited all of the photos and put his personal touch on them ensuring that the quality of each picture was just as memorable as the day itself. Everything about Lucho and his team I would recommend, from the quality of the shots, the ability to get both staged and candid moments, as well as the post-wedding process in receiving the pictures, the photobook and the video. As someone who saw Lucho’s work at a friend of ours wedding prior to our own, we were lucky that he had availability for our date. We could not have imagined our special day without him.

Lucho and Jana are OUTSTANDING! We initially booked in 2020 and also postponed our wedding like so many other couples. Throughout the entire 2 years, we have stayed in contact and they have gone above and beyond for us on our wedding day! Photography 5 stars! Customer service 5 stars! Amazing people all around. We had so much fun shooting with them. You will definitely not regret booking with them. Highly recommend!

We had the dream team of Jana, Lucho, Melodie and Nick for our wedding. Jana was extremely helpful with planning and kept in communication with us leading up the the wedding day. She helped us find a package that gave us everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price, answered all our questions quickly and was very fun to work with. Even on the wedding day she jumped in to help my family pull off a magical bubble exit for us after the ceremony.Lucho is an amazing, talented artist and I am so happy we had him for our photographer. The pictures were all so beautiful and he captured all the moments and emotions of the day. After watching our wedding video we were speechless and felt like we were reliving all those amazing moments.We got married during covid and they were so flexible and understanding as our plans changed with the health orders and changing restrictions.We had an engagement shoot as part of our package and it was such a good decision. We were a little nervous but Lucho and Jana were so kind and fun and made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and experience showed when we were unsure of poses and locations and they were ready with many different options.I am still blown away by the quality of our photos and video and could not be any happier. I highly recommend Farawayland to everyone and will use them again in the future.

Lucho and Jana was amazing to work with! They were so accommodating when we first had to postpone our wedding back in 2020 due to covid. When we finally decided to have a small wedding in Sept 2021, Jana was there giving suggestions for locations for our engagement shoot and wedding photos and she made an amazing video for me. Farawayland did the videography for our intimate pop-up wedding in April 2022. The team worked so quietly in the background, we hardly noticed throughout the ceremony and reception, and yet they were all very personable. Most importantly, our wedding video turned out so beautifully!! It reminds us of all the nice moments on such a beautiful day :)

Lucho and Jana are absolutely amazing to work with! I'm so thankful for their patience during the pandemic, as we postponed our wedding 3 times.Jana was great with emails - she's quick with replies and even better with suggestions/ideas for the photo day of time line.Lucho - I don't even know where to start! You are a genius with the camera. He was great with directions and open with our ideas day of.
