I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and Dr. Ernest Hoppenbrouwers and his team are excellent. Dr. Hoppenbrouwers is intelligent and genuinely cares for his patients and listens to everything you say as well as asks meaningful and insightful questions in regards to your child. I have been incredibly impressed by how professional and courteous everyone at Infinity Pediatrics has been to me and my baby. This office is Incredibly well run and efficient with polite and kind staff. Overall I have been very impressed with the care and concern shown by everyone at this clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Hoppenbrouwers and Infinity Pediatrics.

My experience with this clinic was nothing short of exceptional. Any time you have a challenge of any sort with a child it can be extremely stressful and the staff and doctors at this clinic will do their best to ensure that you and your child are well taken care of. From a quick response and booking, to a clean and professional clinic, to the the wonderful doctor we saw, every aspect of our interaction with Infinity was top notch.

We were referred by our family doctor to this clinic for my son. They said waiting time about 6 months, after 8 months they gave me a call and they couldn’t reach me and they didn’t leave a voice message as a result I didn’t know that they tried to contact me. After one year my kid got worse so I tried to contact my family doctor office and ask about any respond from this clinic , they checked my file and found that this clinic closed my son file because they couldn’t reach me and I need another referral and waiting time about one year and the receiptionest told me there’s more clinics in the city. Bad and frustratingNot recommend for families with kids need help.

I have never had a good experience with this clinic. I don’t think my child has ever seen the same pediatrician more than once, we’ve answered the same basic medical with every “new” doctor. It has always been outrageously difficult to make appointments and the reception staff tend to be rude.Today after multiple back and forth attempts to contact this clinic about renewing my sons prescription and booking an appointment, I was informed (extremely rudely) that because I had not gotten back to them after they left 2 voicemails, that my sons file was terminated with them and he was no longer a patient. There was no prior warning via email or message that his care would be terminated and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude in response to what I should do moving forward. I will be returning to our family doctor and asking them to refer us to a new clinic, this one is completely unprofessional and rude.

Have had such a wonderful experience with everyone at the clinic. From the intake phone call to reoccurring appointments to make sure my son is looked after until his issue completely resolved. Everyone is kind and very informative. The clinic is clean and so safe with all the covid precautions. Dr.Weber is so pleasant and answers ALL my new parent questions and has given us take home information and referrals for more care

I got a referral for my son and I did everything I was asked to do immediately. They do not answer the phone and when you call you have to listen to a 5 minute lecture on what they won't tolerate and what you should/shouldn't do. When I missed their call three times (the switch on my phone is broken so my phone doesn't ring) I asked them in my next voicemail to leave the appointment date on their next call but they told me they won't do that. I left another voicemail a week ago and did not hear from anyone all week. Then they waited until the end day of the Thursday of the long weekend to call me and leave me a voicemail advising all the appointments for January 2023 are gone and since they won't book further than 6 months down the road no appointments can be booked at this time. We will go elsewhere and I'm sure they don't care at all about that.

Had such a positive experience at Infinity Pediatrics, from the intake phone call and our clinic visit. The front staff were very friendly, we did not wait long for an exam room or to see the doctor. This was a bonus when you have a busy toddler. The doctor was very informative and had amazing bed side manners. She sent us for testing and the next day personally called me with the results. I was very impressed. The clinic was clean and I felt safe there with the covid-19 precautions in place. I would highly recommend.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but after the piles of forms we had to fill out and the insanely long wait (partially because of a misunderstanding regarding all of the forms, because every person I spoke with in this office told me something different), I thought it was going to be more than a doctor going through a list of questions that anyone could have asked us. Most of the questions were answered in the form, and some were not exactly issues we wanted to discuss in front of our child. He broke down and cried because of the questions. I found it quite inconsiderate of our family. The doctor seemed to believe that we were hoping to walk out of there with amphetamines for our child. She apologized that she couldn’t diagnose him because he “didn’t check all the boxes” for the most common diagnoses - ADHD, ASD, or ODD. Since our child doesn’t fit a common diagnosis, I asked her if we could speak to their child psychiatrist, and she told me they don’t have one. And here I thought we would have the option to see one through this office. Our situation IS unusual, yet they weren’t there to help us and we walked out feeling worse than when we walked in. She told me she diagnoses kids with ADHD multiple times a day because it’s “so common”. She had her prescription pad ready, and apologized multiple times for not diagnosing him with ADHD so we could drug him. Drug dealers for children here. I saw a doctor like this about 20 years ago who allowed me to get hooked on Valium. This type of medical treatment is very dangerous, being willing to drug children if their parents answer the questions correctly, with no input from an actual psychiatrist. We could have just lied if we really wanted that diagnosis and the drugs for our child. We were hoping to finally get some answers but it looks like we are going to have to fork out thousands of dollars privately if we actually want to get any real help.

Our twins had their first pediatrician appointment today with Dr. Pinson and one of their lovely residents. We were so happy with the experience and couldn't have felt more comfortable. The receptionist staff were incredibly wonderful as well! I felt heard and they confirmed my thoughts and feelings about one of our girls and we can now take the next steps!

If I could give more then 5 starts I would. We have been seeing Dr Ernest at Infinity Pediatrics for over 4 1/2 years. It started with just my 8 year old being seen and now my 9 year old and 6 year old see him as well. Two of my kids have very complex medical needs, and require constant medical attention and all three are on medications. Dr Ernest had been absolutely incredible and One if the most supportive Drs I have ever met. Whether it’s an inperson visit or a phone call appointment or even an urgent call/visit he always takes his time and never rushes, he always makes sure my and my kids feelings and concerns are heard and validated. I have never left an appointment feeling like I have unanswered questions. I believe due to his help my one daughter is doing well today because he listened and we found a path that works for her with the right medications. My son is doing amazing now and Dr Ernest was the one person who trusted what I said with my concerns and acknowledge that what I was seeing was true. My youngest is a bit more complex but Dr Ernest has been beside us the whole way and has been amazing with navigating the complexities of her medical diagnosis.The rest of the staff have been amazing as well and I’m so thankful my kids have a safe place to go and that we get the help that is needed. It is a busy clinic but we have never felt rushed or that we weren’t just as important as the next patient. I will recommend and have recommended this clinic to anyone and everyone.
