I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk after 10 min she asked me if it is okay to make a normal cappuccino since she did not succeed. I agreed but also the normal cappuccino was extremely hot. There are better places in town to get a good coffee

This is the first cafe where I was disappointed at the same time as ordering.The employee who was taking the order is not even done with my order, but she talk to another employee.Another employee asked her, because he didn't know the recipe. (Isn't it usually right to leave the colleague waiting and answer the colleague after finishing the order?)

Genuinely the worst service in town. The last couple times I’ve went I made sure to order online so it’s ready when I get there, and both times my order took over 30 minutes to get made and was never ready when I got there. If you can’t keep up with online and in person orders then don’t offer that service.

This was my go-to coffee place in Banff; all the others made inconsistent coffee. I've been going to this place for years. Don't understand what's happened. There was only one person working here on a long weekend Saturday; that was probably the root cause of most of the problems. They didn't have the ingredients for a Caramel Coretto, so got hazelnut instead. Coffee was very messed up and though she redid them, they were still subpar. It's 28C outside and there's no AC.

Unfortunately my experience here was not too great. First, I have to mention that the service was good. The employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee, on the other hand, seems to be subpar. I ordered an iced white mocha and it primarily tasted like whole milk. My wife ordered a vanilla bean latte, but it did not taste too great either. The lack of customization to the coffee drinks is unfortunate. The shop was clean, however. I would not recommend this place to friends or family.

Long time local and go to this coffee place once in a while. Went this morning horrible service. Red head was too busy chatting to her co worker to help me at first then Took 6 min to toast a bagel I was the only one in the shop! and red head tossed it at me. Said have a good day and she walked away and she rolled her eyes at me. Really need to work on basic kindness. Shocked at how the service has gone down there. Teach your employees basic manners!!

The girls working there always seem to be alone, however they all work hard and have a smile on their faces. Very friendly service and my favorite place in town to get a coffee :)
