I will rate zero stars. Have had a dead pixel issue for several weeks and this center has treated me rudely. The person rolled their eyes at me and puffed because I brought in a monitor with an issue. I was coming into this center for several weeks from this issue and it was not the first time this rep did this. Bring your products in elsewhere. The customer service of this place is no good and they should not be operating at all if they treat customers like this.

Technician visit was arranged by LG. The technician was courteous and helpful. The warranty repair required no effort on my part besides a phone call to the manufacturer.

I was referred to Audio Video R.D. for an LG warranty claim on a UHD monitor. The monitor was fixed quickly. The two senior staff members were efficient and pleasant.

Not recommended. My sound bar had a problem with a sound. The sound was fading out after a couple of minutes of usage. Paid them close to $400 to fix the problem. They replaced the switch in the sound bar. Didn't solve the problem. When brought them the bar again, they asked for another $200 to replace another switch. The price of the same brand new sound bar is below $400 these days.
