Good place to go. Was there for a Fathers day picknic/hotdog roast. Went out n played in the kayaks, one kid caught 4 jacks off the dock, the others played on the playstructure.

Very well maintained, private, quite, close to town yet far enough away to relax

Nice little spot, lucked out and got a really private site. Friendly caretakers and the nicest outhouses I've seen! Only downside was the woodpile isn't covered so the logs were a bit damp and didn't burn well. Algae on the lake so didn't get to try out swimming though the beaches were pretty small.

Searching for advertised free campsite, surprised to find a $21nightly campground however a wellkept place. Half the sites are private, other half are open, by a park or the lake. Drinkable well water. Only outhouses, no shower. Fishing hole. Areas to bike, possibly even off-road. By a huge lake. However it is a peninsula so lots of small rodents, big birds, and tons of bugs, we were camping in a huge web that went stories high and we had to De-web entire area but the spiders didn't bother us much.
