Left all my info with the agent, including Passport photos and she didn’t bother to call back to complete the booking.Will not go back there.

I went to Marlin Travel-inside Walmart SQ1 last Saturday @ 10 AM and saw a notice posted on their office that they moved to 50 Burnharmthorpe (Pink Building) I called the number posted on the notice and Yousef answered the call, when I inquired, he told me they are still at Walmart and have not moved and they open late. I was trying to clarify further about the notice posted, but he rudely cut me-off saying I answered your question" the tenor of his voice seem irritated with my follow-up question. Anyway

Honestly the best service I have ever expired.There are 2 workers there Yousafe and saira both help so much wonderful people there calm and even go out if there way to make sure you’re flight is good.5 stars next time I need to book a flight I’m going again.

Banerji helped my family book air Transat vacation for xmas. his service was 5+++++ stars!! He was extremely knowledgeable and always promote on responses. thanks to him, everything went very smoothly during the vacation and we will definitely be back to book again with him!

This branch is the best, I booked a trip to the Bahamas and I got an excellent deal for my friends and I. Saira really gives you the best advice about travelling; part of why is that because she has traveled a lot, hence can help you out just perfectly fine, and she is easy to talk to. She helped me out a lot with the package, she has the kindest soul and interacting with her was just so refreshing. She gave us an excellent package and her service was stupendous. I would definitely recommend her, book with her!

In December I contacted the agency for some information about booking a flight. The person I spoke with interrupted me mid-sentence to tell me that the office was closed. I sought clarification on the closure given that the phone was answered and the information online indicated that the centre was open. They were extremely rude. Rather than indicating that they were only open for handling emergencies, they aggressively questioned me on my awareness of recent flight cancellations.When I advised them that they should not speak to customers that way, they hung up the phone on me. I called again to ask to speak with a manager, or for an email address, they hung up the phone on me again.Absolutely inappropriate behaviour, I would never consider booking with this agency.

Saira is super friendly and made the whole booking experience easy. Would highly recommend going here. Super efficient and want what’s best for their customers.

I called Yousef Jilani (aka Rocky) for group booking advice and wanting to consult. I have NEVER met someone in the service industry this rude. He was hostile, got angry and freaked out at me instantly. He was dismissive and didn’t have the courtesy to listen to me properly. He needs to learn how to speak professionally and it’s no surprise all the reviews here call him and his team rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO WITH HIM (unless you want to be screamed at).
