Consistently refuse my medications for no reason. Do not hold their delivery service accountable. Complaints and patient notes consistently do not get put in files. Managers don't call back about negligence issues.

I cannot say enough good about this Pharmacy Staff. I was called last week by one of their pharmacists for a medication review. It was excellent, relaxed and highly informative. She even advocated with my physician for a prescription change. The physician agreed. Faisal who is the lead pharmacist is one of the most informed pharmacy practitioners that I have ever met. He will take any length of time to explain and help you with whatever your medical issue may be. I used to go to a big box pharmacy at one time - and now I'm at a neighbourhood" pharmacy and am very thankful. Thanks to the staff at Marchese for working so diligently for our benefit."

The Pharmacy Manager and COO, Faisal Khawaja, is very knowledgeable and generous with his time. He went out of his way to teach me how to properly administer Naloxone, should a medical emergency arise. I have heard great things about this pharmacy in the community.

Waited to pickup my prescription for over 15 mins while that big Indian pharmacist with a man bun was chatting with a young lady that could easily be the age of his daughter and giving her the dovey eyes and when I started pacing back and forth he managed to finally get out of his daze and notice my existence only to yell at his poor overwhelmed employee in a condescending way so she can help me and he can shift his attention back to that young lady. The whole thing was pretty disgusting especially that he had a ring on his finger, smh!
