I see dr brassard and he has been a life saver for me. I have endometriosis and it is a horrible thing to live with. He listens to all my issues regarding it and has helped incredibly to reduce pain. When he did my surgery he seen i was nervous and came over and asked which music I would like to listen to and even held my hand till I fell asleep. He has gone above and beyond to help me find alternatives to future surgeries and help with my pain. He even showed me pics from my surgery of things he found and explained everything. I have never had to wait for him and his staff are always so nice, even to my little kids who I have had to bring a few times. He is always polite and his bed side manners are great. I would recommend him to everyone. I have an appointment with him to today and I am actually looking forward to talking with him. Can't say that about other drs I have dealt with. Thank you dr brassard for everything.

Doctor Barnes is the best! Very empathetic and understanding, not sure about the other reviews, but I’ve never had an issue with wait times at this office.

Not sure about all the bad reviews... I've been seeing Dr Brassard all pregnancy (8 months now) and the average time I spend waiting is maybe 5-10 minutes? If that. My sister saw him for two pregnancies and said the same.We waited an hour on one occasion which, honestly, is sort of to be expected when you're seeing someone who has lots of patients and delivers babies.His nurses and anyone at the front are always friendly and helpful as well. No complaints here.

I was referred to this clinic for both my pregnancies, which were classed as high risk due to my epilepsy. I dealt with Dr. Brassard for both of my pregnancies. Very thorough, listened to my concerns, made me feel very comfortable in his abilities. None of my appointments were on time, but what clinic is? I would recommend anyone to this clinic and it's dr's

Im feed up with this clinic I believe time was important and this clinic don’t know how to value their client time, I choose this clinic cause it was like 8min to drive from my place but I’m always turn into dissapointment, imagine you are waiting 1-1/2 hour you are lucky if they get u in on time, I really feel bad I have the 19months old baby need to take care and sometimes and need to bring him most of the time, my some milk are almost done for waiting 1hour and even if you get in you still waiting for the dr. I don’t know if the reception who do the schedule are the one responsible i early 10-15min before my time and heard some patient got appointment 5mins before imagine how frustrating it is you came early and leave last,some patients just came accommodated early. I don’t want to come to this clinic it seem they are not concern or I don’t know if reception who do the schedule do this purposely. I really feel bad I understand if just happen sometime but most of my appointments i always waiting so much.dr. Gliesen was good I’m comfortable with him but the problem I don’t know how they handle patient. I work in hospital also as nurse in Singapore, as nurse how many mins you gonna take vital signs height and weight, , checking heart rate of the baby using Doppler it’s not even 30min, that’s why wondering taking 1hour to 1/2 hours to accommodate 1patient at the time.i work also in health care facilities here and I think time was really important, especially when you are in emergency. I can’t wait to finish my time delivery, not to go back to this clinic anymore.

Not impressed at all! Their hours say they are open until 5pm and the front staff also confirmed this. I came to pick up my gender envelope and was there 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked and everyone was gone. This is so frustrating! I raced from work to get here before closing and they just decided to close early and now won’t be open until Tuesday. Way to ruin such a special moment for me and my family. Party was supposed to be this weekend and now we have to reschedule after buying food, decorating and everything else.

The nurse is very nice, but I always have to take time off work or leave work early for appointments and I always have to wait a minimum of 30-40mins after my appointment start time to be seen. It would be nice to be called ahead to know the doctor will be behind so I don't have to leave work early.. Receptionists aren't very friendly/approachable either.

I have seen Dr Brassard twice in two years,He is such an awesome doctor,very informative,makes you feel comfortable and has such a positive demeanor.All the staff we're very friendly and helpful.Impressive wait times of 5-10 minutes on both occasions.

I have had great experiences here. Doctor Roy is amazing and the staff and nurses have always been helpful and nice. I have not had any issues calling in to the office. Normal wait times for a doctor’s office in my opinion. Most times I was in with in 10 minutes of my appointment time, with only a few longer delays in all my appointments here.It is a doctors office so sometimes emergency’s happen that need tending to which can cause delays. However look at it this way. If that was you with the emergency or you that needed more information at your appointment which would cause a delay in the days schedule for the next appointments...
