This company is CRIMINAL! Way overcharge and there is nothing anyone can do about it. They cut you off, even when you are paying off your bill and paid them the money they demanded. My temp was always set to the same. One month my bill was 250 and the next OVER 500, next back to 250 then next over 500 AGAIN!! Complete ROBBERY! I owed just over 1200 and paid 1000 of it within 3 weeks, yet, my ESSENTIAL gas service was still cut off. ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL COMPANY!

Trying to login to see why my gas bill is suddenly doubled this month, can't even sign in because it gets stuck on the enable/skip MFA page. Fails on Chrome, Microsoft Edge...Test your code before you roll it out, please...

Absolutely the worst customer service as they are a monopoly in the industry and just do not care. Took time off this Friday and booked to have my meter replaced so I would not be interrupted and they came Tuesday changed the meter and shut the gas off to the house and no I have to go home and wait for them to let them in so I can use the gas in my house. I would put a Zero if I could.

Enbridge technician refused to take off his outdoor shoes when entering my house! When I asked him to remove them he told me my house was a work place and if he fell without his boots on WSIB would sue me. I even tried to offered disposable booties and he also refused to wear. He tracked all sorts of dried mud/grass bits into the house -following up with Enbridge to make them cover the cleaning of the carpets. 0/5 stars
