Grover And Associates Medical Clinic

I have been trying to contact this office for months and every single time I get their voicemail. Some days I call them 5-10 times during their business hours and I still do not get a response. This past week I FINALLY got into contact with the receptionist to make an appt with Dr. Brar. The receptionists are the worst receptionists I have EVER been in contact with at a doctors office. So unprofessional and rude. One of them always has an attitude when talking to patients and she FULLY hung up on me when I told her she was not allowing me to talk. How can you run a family practice like this? These receptionists need to be replaced because they are ruining your family practice. You are losing patients because of it and I am not the only one who has mentioned the awful receptionists in a review.

The doctors here are amazing i was so impressed that I made them my family doctor I’m not sure about the old reviews about rude receptionists when I came in the girls behind the counter where very polite and professional I’m sure they addressed any issues about it I highly recommend

Dr. Brar deserves 5 stars!But the system...Either there are way too many patients, or the system doesn't work, or the receptionists don't have any kids and don't know what it's like to have a sick child and sleepless nights. When my child is sick and it isn't an emergency case but bad enough so that nobody can sleep and they're in pain, I call to get her seen by my family doctor. I mean that's the whole point of having a family doctor, right? But instead the receptionists will tell me every single time that they're booking now for in 2 weeks. Well hello, how am I supposed to know that my kid is going to be sick in 2 weeks. I'm supposed to go to a walk in clinic instead. But everyone knows that clinics tend to be extra rude to walk ins, besides, why walk in if I have a family doctor??!I really appreciate Dr. Brar's help, she's amazing! But way too busy. I'd love to be able to get my child seen by her when they're sick, because I trust her, but sadly most of the time I have to seek help somewhere else.

Doctors do not care about patients, receptionists have a horrible attitude. If your looking to find a new doctor try ANYWHERE else

I called this clinic today and had a terrible experienced. The receptionist is so rude and just hang up without even listening to what i want to ask or say!!!!

Doctor's are incredible but the reception staff are absolutely rude. If you call them, they try and rush you off the phone while not giving a damn about what you needed. Last time I spoke with them they didn't even end the call with a good bye. Super unprofessional. I'm in the middle of test results and trying to figure out what's wrong with me and the staff has NO compassion. I would still recommend going here as the new doctor they have is amazing but just know the rest of the staff is a joke.

All doctors very nice but Receptionist every time laughing very funny and loudly

Absolutely love them here. Receptionists are kind and helpful, and our doctor (Dr. Brar) is so informative and understanding. The best doctor we've had. We've been with her 3-4 years at this point and have zero issues or complaints.

Receptionist are terrible, they do not respect patients, receptionist girls always think that they are the doctors, infact doctors are pretty nice, specially Dr. Ripenjot Rai, i do not know that anyone read these reviews or not, if any responsible guy read these reviews, please figured out this problem
