She did an absolutely fantastic job with him and he came out looking happy, healthy and ready to go.This is definitely a start of a great groomer/dog relationship and I will be bringing him back exclusively to see Jess at Knick Knack.Thanks so much Jess!

As a new pup owner, we wanted to find a local pet store in the neighbourhood that we could support. So glad to have found Knick Knack and they're our people! The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff (so far I have interacted with Adam, Erica, Sarah, and Abbey) are absolutely delightful, so friendly, and so knowledgable. They answer questions whenever we have any, and provide very detailed information to the best of their knowledge. When it comes to pricing and information specifically offered by them, they are honest and transparent. I do wish they had an online booking system for grooming services but that is such a minor hiccup! They return calls promptly for appointments, and how awesome is it the they also do deliveries!SO great.

I recently moved to Toronto and my dog is a bit older and can be picky. He did so well at this groomers and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable. He looks so adorable after his cut and I will definitely be taking him back!

Kat is such a great groomer, she does a lovely job every time, and our dog feels safe and comfortable. Love the great communication and they use nice products that are not overly perfumed. Reasonable pricing for the work they do.

I want to thank all stuff and especially Vika for such an amazing grooming for Maple. My dog has never looked as happy and cute coming out of a groomer, everyone were stoping at the street giving him a pet and a lot of compliments how cute he looks, and he absolutely loves to be in centre of attention. The staff make it very obvious that they love animals and present themselves with the highest level of professionalism. I highly recommend Vika as a groomer, she is professional and very kind, loves pets and Maple absolutely loved being groomed by her.

Such a great local store. Excellent customer service and Carter was a fantastic groomer for my Aussie. He looked amazing and she did such a great job on the knots behind his ears. She was sweet and although my dog was nervous as first, when I came to pick him up it was clear that he was comfortable with her and even gave her goodbye kisses ☺️

My friend and I paid a visit here today to browse for potential doggy goods for his rescue pup.Everything is of high-quality and they carry brands I have not seen elsewhere! The lady at the cashier (assuming it’s the owner?) was super nice to us, my friend wasn’t buying anything but she took the time to talk to him about raw food even when there was a line outside. She’s very knowledgeable.Knick Knack also carries a lot of cute toys (again, things I’ve never seen in other pet stores) and also the classic ones like Chuck-it balls and Kongs.I ended up buying a bone for my dog and he LOVES it! Will be back again to check out the different treats and mealtoppers.

Great store! I always find great products treats and snacks for my dogs here. They also make their own harnesses in house that my dog loves to wear!
