Small store. However, few items available at this stores were not available at other Rona, Reno Depot, Home Depot. Therefore, I've traveled 25km here. Staffs will not ask if you need help or looking for something. Limited parking spots.

I was impressed by their rapid response at the entrance. Once you set foot in store, everyone says hello. If you look like you are lost, someone pops in and ask you if you need help. I would say, perfect for people who knows nothing about tools. Maybe less for introverts - you’ll be forced to response to all the customer service that is attracted to you.

The manager did not want respect the advertised sale of 50 % on the second item for interior door handles. I had to go to another Rona to get the special. Dont waste your time going there.

Prices are a bit high but it is expected of a place that has no near competitors. To the exception of the higher prices (hence why I gave it 3 stars), the staff is super helpful and friendly, there is a lot of varieties of products and you can be almost 100% sure you'll find what you are.looking for. If you're in a hurry and don't feel like driving 15-20 minutes more for what you need, this the best option to consider. I recommend this place.

Great hardware excellent choice staff was outstanding helpful and curtious I bought two chamberlain garage door openers and a few other items also looked at electric fire places was served by a gentleman sadly I don't have his name who was extremely helpful the entire staff was amazing highly recomend this Rona
