The chiropractic service is good, however the receptionist at the front desk (old lady) isn’t welcoming and friendly. Customer service is very important in business!

Dr Scott Simpson is honestly the sweetest most helpful guy. Always willing to help in a hurry and really helped my chronic neck and back pain. Recommend going here over any where else

Honestly one of the best massage therapists in the GTA. they target the specific areas and aim for treatment and long term healing. Eren had helped neck pain and backpain to allow me to have a much better sleep and pain free life.

I had a massage recently here. I asked the massage therapy person to go gently. Unfortunately, the massage was still too rough as can be seen with the bruises that I still have near my upper back. Never had bruises from massages from other places before.

I have been a client here for nearly 8 years and have loved their services since day one! The chiropractor (Scott Simpson) is excellent and has been providing me with great adjustments that actually work to manage my chronic headaches and other issues. (I have heard horror stories about people’s experiences at other offices, where literally all they do is put a tens machine on for the duration of the appointment, so I am grateful I found my gem of a place). Lorran is my registered massage therapist here and her interest in sports medicine (massage, stretches, physiotherapy, etc) has been evident in the treatment she provides. She has really good technique no matter where the problem area is. The clinic also has friendly front desk staff - Wanda is so welcoming and fun. Can’t wait to go back!
