I am a new client ..l have a Bichon Frise ( Bella) My Bella has been there twice now and they have groomed her perfect ...l would highly recommend this business ..also staff is so friendly and atmosphere is great and very clean

Just don’t. These people just aren’t bright enough to follow customers most simple instructions. Wanted a wash and brush got a trim. Wow.

We’ve been bringing our dog for her yearly groom here and it’s been a great experience every time. Friendly and talented staff, smooth trims and very gentle and patient with our now 15 year old fur baby.

I was really worried about leaving my dog with a stranger, I had never brought her to a groomers before and I had read so many articles about groomer disasters. But upon meeting Kim, talking to her and seeing how fast my dog took to her I was immediently set at ease. My dog came out looking fluffy, soft and happy! I would 10/10 recommend Kim and I'll absolutely be bringing my dog back :)

My Yorkie always comes out looking perfect! They ask you want you want instead of assuming and I love that! Tamarie does a wonderful job and my little guy loves it there! Always is happy while he's there.

Callander pet spa - just lost me as a customer. I booked a full service with an extra using their online booking yesterday. I was Happy they had an opening for the next day. But when I got my confirmation it only had the add on I immediately called and left a message and texted the number left for immediate service on their voicemail. In total I texted 4 times and called twice. Trying to confirm they could do the full service saying I didn’t want to drive to callander for partial service. No response Then I received a bill for the no show. I called again and texted again. Everyone has a bad day.. the texts weren’t working to explain the booking error. Which the manager had time to respond. When I went to the shop to explain. Asked to speak to the manager. She said that they had changed my appointment to what I asked for but no one was able to call me back or text because they were busy. The fee stood because I never asked to cancel the appointment and When I didn’t show up the policy is a no show fee of $27.50 . I paid the $27.50 But added I will be posting on social media that the error on their online booking service and lack of response customer service from their business is the reason I won’t be back and that I am not recommend using their services to friends.
