So happy to have finally come to Autotex to service my car! Rob was great at communicating what the issues were with my car. Cost to fix was very reasonable along with the time it took to repair. Great communication. And in addition to this, I really appreciate how clean the shop is especially the customer area. Wish I had brought my car here sooner! Safe to say, I have found a new mechanic!

This review is overdue but necessary.Rob and his team at Autotex have been outstanding since my first visit there in the winter of 21. I had a front wheel bolt snap off while putting on the winters in the driveway. We were visiting family from out of town and running out of time before having to get back on the road. I ended up with my 2yo in the backseat while we drove around looking for a place that could help. After getting turned down by several shops in the area we ended up at Autotex. They looked at the car right away and invited me (and the kid) inside while the bolt was repaired. Rob and the techs were great and made us feel at ease. All was well in no time.Since then, I have been their returning client for regular maintenance and larger jobs. They have been accommodating, professional, and fair.I trust Rob and his team at Autotex with looking after our family car and find their work to be consistently excellent. From a busy dad with a background in the auto industry, recommend you give them a try.

I can’t say enough good things about Rob and Autotex Service Centre.I am always amazed at the high level of efficiency and I’ve been a client for over 10 years!The last time I visited, I thought I had an issue with my dashboard lights, only to find out I had inadvertently turned off the button which controls the lights. Nothing was wrong.I was in and out quickly and there was no concocted reason to charge me for a fake repair.Good ‘old fashion’ honesty…So, if you’re in need of a top notch, honest and efficient auto mechanic shop, you can't go wrong with Autotex Service Centre.

For over 20 years I have been coming to Autotex to have Rob and his crew repair and maintain my family’s vehicles. Rob has always provided me with consistent and honest service. I know a little bit about cars(probably just enough to hurt myself) so he always provides a complete picture of what the problem is and whenever possible, offers more cost effective options. If you’re looking for a solid and reputable local shop then I highly recommend giving them a try.

I just recently brought my SUV in for a water pump leak issue. I dropped off my car at 8am and received a call at 9:30am indicating it was a faulty water pump. I was given an estimate and I agreed to proceed. Although he indicated the part may arrive later and would be installed the next day, it arrived earlier and the work was completed by 3:30pm, same day!! Very impressed with their work and showed me where the old part failed. Kudos to Rob and his longtime , experienced mechanics!! They earned my trust and will definitely be back for any future work. Thank you!

I have always been most satisfied with the level of service and quality of repairs as performed by Rob and his support staff at Autotex. Regardless of the level of service required, the staff treats me and my vehicle with the utmost respect. The service rates are very fair/reasonable and Rob is also very conscientious at keeping you informed of repair progress. I am also both impressed and relieved that Rob will often provide reasonable options of repair when possible. Of the utmost importance, I have NEVER felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of when larger scale repairs have been necessary.
