Everything went well once I found the proper hangar. The guys were fine. If you're still doing pickups in Barrie, I suggest you put some signs up to direct your customers. No-one working around the airport knew anything about you guys and there are hangars labeled from 2 to 10 but not near your hangar #1. Haven't hooked the battery up yet as it's for a future installment in a cabin I plan to build this summer so, fingers crossed!

I notified Solar Power Store of a battery cabinet door that had transport damages. They immediately ordered and sent me a replacent. Very please with the prompt service.Gino

Excellent service and very competent advice. I needed components for a larger system, but they have everything from small to large, from out-of-the-box to custom solutions. They go the extra mile for customers, service is on time and communication is superb. I will come back for years to come!

Delivery experience excellent. Haven't have the chance to open the solor panel package yet.

The system is great, good quality and competitive price. The accompanying manual(s) was poor quality and difficult to read and follow. I was able to research enough beforehand making it doable, but if someone had to follow the provided materials - they would have a tough time. Email communication with this company was .... okay, but definitely not proactive or friendly.

Upgrading from an hobbyist 12v setup to this was a huge improvement. I got the 600w system upgradable to 2800 by just adding more panels when budget permits.I recommend Solar Power Store too.Update: I added 2 Jakiper batteries (lithium 100A). More than happy.Making business with Solar Power is such a smooth experience. I chose the Flexiti 12-month without interest at the checkout for a budget friendly transaction. Was approved in one minute.

Actually i was interested in the lifep04 batteries that were back ordered. Solar Power Store expected full payment in January for delivery late March at the earliest.So I decided to try purchase couple of flexible solar panels along with connectors for my boat.The fairly priced panels and connectors arrived promptly. So I order for 100ah lifep048volt battery.I will update as time moves forward on the backorder situation we shall see soon enough.Receaved battery in May was very happy with performance untill September when one cell voltage would hit low voltage shutdown at around the 50% level.Contacted Solar Power Store and I am in the process of some form of resolution.I will update review as we move forward.Solar Power Store has made good there first response was send battery back. But thats not good for me I/we live off grid and were entering the most difficult time of year. Compromise offered was I buy new battery and Solar Power Store would refund cost when thay recieved deffective battery. In the end I made the 8hr drive and we exchanged new for deffective.At this time can say will buy again from Solar Power Store. 5/5

Bought 2x 48v/100a/100ah batteries. They seem to work fine-first week, charging and discharging as expected. As a home backup they are pretty expensive compared to a generator however as off grid they seem to work fine I can’t wait to buy more.

The system design was ordered and a pre payment with latter payment made. The order showed up well packaged and protected. The installation manual is a good source for the installation . Thanks for a good off grid system that will power our house …..12kw /day with any extra used as water heating . Brg

Excellent customer service- we were hoping to get our Cloudy Weather 48V kit in June but the batteries were going to be delayed so they agreed to send parts of the kit earlier so we could get started setting it up. Delivery came on time with all items in great condition. Highly recommended and I will purchase from them again in the future.
