came in with a friend around 7, and there weren’t too many people. i had ordered the wings poutine and my friend ordered the boneless wings. everything was fine until after our mains came; our server maybe had 1-2 tables aside from us and yet never checked on us to see how the food was. the cheese curds in the poutine were huge and hard as rock and i wanted more gravy to melt it down but she had never come around. got to the point where my friend and i just wanted to leave and ended up waiting 10 minutes to get a box and the bill whilst the server was chatting with a co-worker. we weren’t acknowledged for 20 mins. won’t be returning to this location

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have had so many bad experiences with this place. Between orders being late, wrong or missed entirely it’s just not worth it anymore. It doesn’t seem to matter if we order by phone or online (through their own website or third party) it is always a hassle.

Went there last night with my fiance, waited a while at the door to be greeted. Server was very friendly but not attentive. She was too busy on her phone the whole night rather than paying attention to her guests. Not very impressed. I order wings and a large house salad, the house salad was a very disappointment. I could have made a better salad at home and would cost me less. The wings and fries was delicious. I gave 3 stars because the wings was great and the server was very nice but she needs to know where her job lies.. the guest and not her phone

My wife treated us to dinner for my birthday last week and we had a riot. The TML game was on every set and it was obvious the place was going to be packed. A tall black haired lady was behind the bar and waving us in however, Karin had made a reservation and searched out our table. Our server was Ann (without an E") and I knew instantly it would be top notch service. "Do you have......?" "No!" Ann was very attentive and our orders came out together

Went to this location for the first time June 24th around 840pm for all you can eat wings. Placed first order around 845 and waited over 30 mins for 3 Lbs of wings and almost the same amount of time each order. Will not be returning.

Came in with a group of four. Three of us ordered all-you-can-eat. Food was okay, nothing over the top but satisfied.Issue came with service. Entire restaurant had less than half capacity, and yet the staff was ridiculously slow. First round of wings came within a reasonable time, however my second order didn’t come for another 30-40 minutes, time enough for two members of my group to get their second orders (who only ordered about 5 minutes previous to my own round), finish, and order their third. When my second round came it was incorrect, and once again took about 10-15 minutes for it to replaced. The third order for my company was brought to us within this time. Once finished, we asked for take-out containers. They were brought in a timely manner, however an additional 20 minutes were wasted to ask for our bill.Will not be coming back to this location.

Had the clubhouse sandwich wrap and it was very good. Fries were not overcooked as well. Lots of TVs for entertainment. Our server was constantly checking up on us which was great.

Went by for some wings with friends, our server Kristen was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable about the menu and very personable. It was very busy for all-you-can-eat wings but she was still very friendly and happy! Would go back just to have her as my server again.
