I've been coming here with my family for years. Always extremely helpful and if they don't have exactly what you are looking for, they will always give a helping hand!

BEWARE!!!!! I have been going to this herbal shop for many years since T&T was there. I trusted the owner and his wife and bought lots of chinese herbs and food from them. The last time I bought herbs from them was two weeks ago and paid with my visa without knowing the amount and look at the receipt until I arrived home I got a shock. I bought only two items and other receipt there were three items. One item was pricey $39.99 and the other was $19.99. They charged me twice $39.99 that came up to $104.00 with GST. Was that deliberate. I called the shop and the owner answered and I told him I was double charged for one item. He knew it straight away and asked me to go back for a refund. When I went back he refunded me the money without say a word. Not even an apology or sorry. Was he feeling guilty for his intentions. He was hoping I didn't notice the receipt or thrown it away. I felt it was a deliberate scam. I never want to go back to Wah Hing again. So BEWARE. Asked for the full amount and look at your receipts before you leave the shop.

Flat out lied to us about a product, we asked specifically whether or not the product heats up when applied and she reassured us yes" every time.Product does NOT heat up

I find this shop expensive not very friendly staff, I think it's family owned and operated.

The lady that was working at the store was very helpful and sweet. She answered our questions about the new Eagle Brand Lavender & Eucalyptus Medicated Oil, which smells wonderful by the way. The kind man behind the counter was efficient and super friendly. We will definitely be back.
