WE HAD ROGER COME IN AND RE-FINISH OUR KITCHEN COUNTERS 2 WEEKS AGO AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB HE DID. HE SPENT 12 HOURS TAKING HIS TIME AND MAKING SURE THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECT. THE NEXT DAY WHEN WE WENT INTO THE KITCHEN THERE WERE INPERFECTIONS ON THE ONE COUNTER AND I FELT SO BAD IN CONTACTING THEM THAT WE WERN'T HAPPY WITH THE FINISH AS ROGER WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. TONY WHOM I WAS SPEAKING TO SAID NO PROBLEM I WILL SEND ROGER OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND WITHIN A WEEK ROGER CAME OUT AND RE SANDED AND RE FINISHED THE COUNTER. LOOKS 100% BETTER. THANKS GUYS WE WILL DEFENETLY RECOMMEND YOU TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

My marbles floors were uneven and had a few chips in them. The guys did a great job at levelling the floors and fixing the blemishes. I was very happy with the results!

I was originally referred to this company by a friend who also received work done on their countertop. After their positive experience i was expecting the same professionalism and quality of work but sadly i received the complete opposite. The technician made several mistakes with very visible drip lines that are ugly to the eye, see photos. This is just 2 examples with at least a few more spots of the same thing. After contacting Roger to have the technician come back and fix the mistakes I received no follow up or responses and was given a thumbs up. Very disappointed in their lack of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Gemstone Restoration
We recently had Gemstone Restoration do our kitchen counters. They provided an excellent price for epoxy, we went ahead and got them done. We went with a white high gloss finish to match out back tiles, it came out amazing and gave our kitchen a fresh look. I recommend anyone that wants to increase the value of their kitchen, totally worth it. Very good for anyone selling their house, it increases the value with a small investment. Thank you again! 1 star because I couldn't give less. Workmanship is good but I got nothing remotely close to what I asked for. I showed pictures of the colours and designs I wanted for my countertops, yet they look nothing like it. I was given a flat quote, on arrival I was quoted a few hundred more which I agreed to just to get the work done. When I realized it was turning out so different I asked for it be fixed and was given a price to fix it. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had Roger and his employee out today to do an epoxy finish on my old countertop. I did not expect it to turn out as amazing as it did. Im beyond impressed with their work. The price was very reasonable and he backs up his workmanship 100%. I would recommend him to anyone!
