Terrible experience. Feel like Igot taken. Over priced. They try thei best to not honor the advertised sale.give you the least discount possible. Shop at Dulux. Better prices and paint is just as good.

This store forces its customers to give email addresses before they can leave the store. It's so annoying that they choose to give fake email addresses instead. Then innocent non-customers get spammed for the rest of their lives with surveys about how their non-existent Sherwin-Williams experience was. Never shop here.Also, their logo is incredibly creepy. Pouring paint over the entire earth is their goal? I disapprove of this mission.Update: The owner's response below doesn't even make sense! I've never been to this store! And yet I got email from them. The reason is that they force their customers to give them email addresses, and the customer gave them a fake address, which unfortunately was my email address!

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable staff. Assisted me in picking the paint colour and finish that best suited my project. The store was brightly lit with lots of natural light which is easier to determine what colour will work with your space.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. I've always had great service. During these uncertain times, the staff has been very helpful over phone and prompt with the curbside pickup. They are very professional and I felt safe dealing with the associates.

Scott and Janelle were very welcoming from the minute we opened the door. My daughter and I were approached by Scott to see if we needed any help. He helped my daughter decide on her colour and colour matched as we could find nothing similar to the chip she brought in. He mixed the paint and brought the 3 gallon tins to the car. The experience was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have found our new paint store.
