Absolute worste food and customer service ive literly had in my entire life. They didnt cook the chicken that was rubber and when i asked for my money back they forced me to deal with the police.I would never eat here and they dont desrve to be in business the way they treat paying customers.The rudest people i have ever dealt with and just basicly took my money to tell me GTFO. Sushi place across from them are actually good and i buy from them multi times week.

Just had fried rice, 2 pad thai for a quick family lunch. The food were great compared to our favorite thai express in Toronto. Son likes the fried rice! The staff did their job well done and meet all of my requests.I was hesitant initially due to those 1 star reviews but also suspicious from those 1 star reviews account which most of them have only 1 review. It seems like this place got spammed by other competitors or due to racial profiling.To those complaining for chicken tastes like rubbers should go to The Keg than fast food franchise. Chicken taste good enough to me:) This is a good Thai express franchise after tried most of them in GTA

Asked for a vegetarian dish, got some shrimps and chicken in an otherwise ok pad see ew. The thing was supposed to be spicy but was very mild. Needed to throw this out from the car's window, maybe it will interest some seagulls or squirrels.

This is a disappointment. I ordered the general green curry with fried chicken and I got boiled chicken. What a disappointment. Not only that but they rushed me in ordering. I was sitting and eating and they literally closed the lights and locked the doors on me. They yelled at us to leave and kept yelling at me when I tried throwing my garbage away. I am in disbelief. I would give this a 0 star rating but unfortunately that is not an option.

Walked in here the other night and I got stares of death. Not sure if it was because it was late and they were closing but the sign said open on the door. I didn’t know what to order and cashier wasn’t too thrilled that she walked over to help me. Food was made in 2 min and it was greasy as hell. Chicken didn’t taste good and was rubbery.Could not taste the flavors of the dish. Late night hunger made me go here. Will I go back….probably not.

We ordered pad Thai & fried rice they both taste good, chicken is soft. I guess in reviews they’re spammed with negative reviews. But the Concern is the front staff should be a little clear with speaking & understanding English.

WARNING do not order from there, they absolutely messed up my order charged me an extra 44 dollars for their mistakes hung up on the phone and said they had no intention to fix it. They do not speak English or French which IS required in Canada. Buyers beware

Try to be very clear about what I wanted my tum yum soup to have More vegetables less noodles. The vegetables We're caught hugely but Other than that I really enjoyed the broth and the Spiciness.

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. Last time we‘ve had Thai Express was about 3-4 years ago and we had good memories. This place, unfortunately, was highy disappointing. I had a Paneang Curry with chicken and the chicken had a very weird texture which I didn‘t like at all. I tried to eat around the chicken but still didn‘t finish my dish.My husbands that curry didn‘t taste thai at all and was very greasy.I do not recommend this place, I am very sorry to not give a good review.
