They don't have a very good selection of Lego anymore and the prices are quite high. But as far as toy stores goes. They're not bad

Extremely friendly service. Employees where friendly and helpful. Even though the store was packed we where constantly being checked on. One of the female employees even took time to have a fun sword fight with my 3 year old and let him win!!! Made our whole night! Thank-you!

Disappointing service. Limits on product that they have an abundance of is ridiculous.This store is lost it’s luster.Recommend going to Walmart or toys r us . Lower prices better service and no staff restricting you from buying more than 1 of an item.

Horrible customer service. Young smelly guy was very unpleasent to deal with. I want to say Kyle but I dont remember the name. Apologies if i got the name wrong. Prices are outrages. Take your money elsewhere. Walmart or toys r us. Sadly I have some gift cards, so ill use those at another location.

This is the best toy store for customer service. Twice they have honoured rain checks for me and called me when they were able to get the toy that I requested back in stock - even months later for one of them. I highly recommend getting on their mailing list so that you can get the 20% off coupons. Huge selection of toys/books/learning activities, etc. in a small space.

Always so wonderfully friendly. They totally understand the need to hide gifts inside a bag or behind the counter. We love going. SIKU is a great brand. Lego prices are comparable. Some cool and unique offerings. Catch the sales too!

Excellent selection of different toys! Dolls, Lego,board games, outdoor games, books. Lots of stuff. Some things seem a little pricey, but generally pretty fair prices. Didn't interact with the staff myself, but overheard them helping several customers very well.
