By far the fastest service I’ve experienced. When I looked and seen my vehicle sitting outside the garage I figured they must be just bringing it in to work on now , to my surprise they were just finishing up . Half hour, maybe less , to get my winters off and summers put on the rim

Had an oil change and my engine light checked the other day. They had to order a part from Ford for replacement but everything was done in a quick and professional way. And I had my out of province inspection done last year and they fixed all the issues. I was satisfied with that visit, too. Very convenience service and good pricing. Highly recommended!

Amazingly fast and reasonably priced services. Were able to fix a tire I had been told was irripairable at another place. Highly reccomend this being your go to!

Decided to check out Kal Tire a few months back when my tire blew up and needed brand new tires for my Truck. They sold me the best tires they had at a price that beat all tire shops in the city, the service was fast, they didnt try to up charge or sell me on anything else. Strictly Business.Fast forward 2 months to this past week, my suspension went on my same truck. So, I called up Kal Tire and got an appraisal done. They called me up i gave the go ahead and they had my truck done that same day, no up sells, no trying to sell me on this and that. I can't say how happy i am with their service. 5 stars and will return for future services! Good Job Kal Tire crew!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable team. No surprises with thorough explanation of what was done. Would like to see the parking area resurfaced to address broken/worn pavement, but the service and staff were top notch.

My wife and I were stranded South on highway 11. With lots of time waiting for the tow truck, my wife called this location and was met with exceptional service. When we arrived we were met with professional, well trained staff that immediately sprung into action to get us rolling again. We sure wish this outlet was in our hometown as we could give them ALL our business! Thank you once again!

Displeased at the level of disservice I have received. We have gone to Kal-Tire for our tire issues, but unfortunately, never again.We own a BMW X3 & took our vehicle here. Firstly, we were told to replace all four tires when a nail went into one of our tires. So, we listened to what we believed was ‘expert advice’. Fast forward to 30,000kms later, another one of our tires was impacted again as we drove on circle drive. We visit Kal, & they let us know all of our tires are worn out, likely needing a wheel alignment. When we asked why this wasn’t caught into before we get the response “I don’t know”. The manager told us “well those aren’t the best tires”, then why did you sell them to us? To me, it sounds like they don’t stand behind their products or their services.I believe in this case there should be some sort of warranty in place. We were told that the warranty would not cover this type of impact to the tire.I feel uncomfortable leaving bad reviews, but right now, it’s warranted.
