Condo Handyman

I must say that Bruno and his team did a stirling job on remodeling my kitchen. There are always difficulties in a condo reno, but the team did a wonderful job without any fuss, dismantling the old kitchen and preparing for the installation of the new. The drywaller, plumber, tiler, hardwood floor installer and electricians, all managed by Bruno, were very proficient, and did an amazing job! Very happy indeed with my new kitchen and would highly recommend them.

The first job Condo Handyman did for us was to repair the bed frame. Bruno did an excellent job and saved our vintage bed. Unlike many other contractors, Bruno cleaned behind himself and did not leave any dust or debris.Condo Handyman's second job was installing ceramic tiles in our kitchen. The installers did a fantastic job under Bruno's supervision.We already have planned to employ Condo Handyman for several home projects (staircase renovation: staircase recapping with wood; installation of new hardwood floors, painting of the bedroom and hobby room and more).Hopefully, Bruno can squeeze us into their busy schedule as soon as possible. We can't wait to see our house transform from blah to wow.

These guys are amazing, I highly recommend them!I gave them a laundry list of unrelated small and medium repairs to complete for a rental unit I oversee and am blown away by their service. Their manager Tanya is on the ball, keeping me in the loop with everything, and going out of her way to organize the work being completed to minimize cost. On top of that the technicians were very thorough, professional, and courteous. Honestly the BEST handyman / repair service I've dealt with. Thank you Condo Handyman!

After searching for 2 years for a company which would agree to work in a condo downtown (too much traffic, no available parking, not a big enough job etc.), I thankfully saw a Condo Handyman van driving in the city and accessed their website. After explaining my repair needs to Tanya in the main office, I arranged for a home visit and quote for what was initially a small job (refashioning my laundry closet). I was so impressed with Bruno, owner/manager, when he came on-site, that I arranged for additional work to be completed in the unit which eventually added to the value of my condo (painting the unit, installation of new closet doors in the bedrooms, installation of new marble backsplash in the bathroom). Bruno was very accommodating and went above and beyond the duty of handyman". I had complete trust in Bruno's professionalism. He had access to my unit to continue work while I was on vacation

Condo Handyman Services repaired a damaged floor and both Tanya and Bruno were very approachable! They were patient, understanding and took the time to explain their pricing and process behind the scope of the work.

Great working with Bruno on my new blinds! He was quick to show me samples & explain the difference in fabrics etc. Old ones removed & new one installed in minutes by technicians.Great experience, would definitely use for future jobs! Recommend!

Thank-you Condo Handyman for the amazing transformation to our main floor of our house along with the excellent service that was provided. The staff was excellent at helping us visualize what the final product would look like. They brought many samples to choose from and showed us several other completed projects. Their expertise and eye for design helped us make a decision on kitchen design, flooring, down to the trim. The installation was clean and without delay and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank-you for a kitchen and main floor renovation that we will enjoy for years to come.

For the past couple of years, I've used Condo Handyman for various jobs around my condo, including light fixtures, a tiled backsplash, a breakfast bar, wall shelves, door hardware, and a sliding door for a closet. The workmanship has been excellent, and the service providers have been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Working with Tanya in the CH office was also a pleasure -- she was responsive and organized and always had great suggestions. I'll miss these guys after my move out of Toronto!

Great service and some great advice. I had a new light installed in my bathroom, some holes and nicks and drywall damage fixed as well as installation of my vac recharge station. Got some great advice...as my thoughts on where the vac would recharge...well - we would have walked into it. They talked me out of that! lol. Thank you.

We had quite a lot of work done at our condo: drywall, painting, backsplash, bathroom tiling, regrouting and pot lights etc. We were happy with the results. The installers were punctual, careful and made sure the area was clean each day they were there. We received a work order and were advised of all charges. Tanya and Bruno were very helpful and coordinated all the work.
