Tehmina's Healing Lounge

I have currently taken Reiki Part 1 with Tehmina and it was truly life changing. I would highly recommend that if anyone is interested in taking Reiki 1 or 2 to take it with Tehmina. She not only went above and beyond to ensure understanding of material but the hands on approach and practices was appreciated. Tehmina's healing lounge is truly a magical place.

I have had the most profound experiences every time I went for various treatments Tina offers. While I do enjoy any healing that she offers, the most life changing one was most definitely a combination of the different therapies Tina uses to release negative emotions. It took me a long time to be ready to do this, as I knew that a lot of hidden painful things would come out to be dealt with, but Tina's guidance , compassion and non judgement led me to a place of release, to achieve peace and forgiveness.I will forever be grateful for Tina's amazing help., that helped me to move on when I was stuck.....

I I feel that I have been truly blessed meeting Miss Tina for the past two years. She has a wealth of knowledge, is compassionate, caring, thoughtful and is willing to share without hesitation. Tina is absolutely incredible. I have gone to her many times for various things and she is one of the kindest and most caring people I know. My favourite treatment to do is the tuning forks. I have been seeing Tina for over a year now. And she has always done remarkable things for me physically - yet recently, I tried her emotional healing techniques. And at first I was a little skeptical - as I can be very introverted and closed. However - her kindness and gentleness allowed me to feel free to open up and dive into things. I received a Reiki Drum healing session with Tina. I was soon very relaxed and feeling calm and peaceful. I saw myself at about 3-4 years old in sandals. Not sure if it’s relevance.At the time of the treatment I had a headache as has a busy work day. At the end it had completely gone and has not returned. I suffer from migraines so any relief is always welcome. Tina is a master healer and I would highly recommend her.
