They listened to our concerns, patiently answered questions, dealt with change orders. Importantly, for a bunch of lay people trying to understand the intricacies of construction and renovation, the owner patiently explained everything we needed to know. As strata council members will agree, in trying to budget for a large project and gain approval for large outlays of cash by owners, details matter.
