Had such a lovely facial with Julianna earlier this week. She listened to my concerns and customized the facial so it was exactly what I needed. I so look forward to booking with her again.

Had a deep down detox facial with Vicki back in July and it felt amazing! Felt comfortable from start to finish and left with my pores so cleaned out. The place itself is very clean with great ambience as well. Can't wait to go back :)

Highly recommend this place. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Julianna has been doing my facials for the past few months. Each time has been very relaxing and I can see the difference it makes on my skin. Love the different treatments they offer and the professional service they provide!

Pretty good experience here. Was definitely relaxing and I felt very cleansed and hydrated after my facial. However, I wish that my aesthetician would have explained what she was doing while she was doing it. Would’ve been nice to know. As well, after my facial I thought she might give me some advice / feedback / anything I could be doing to address my concerns but I didn’t receive anything.

I would highly recommend visiting this location for a facial. If I could give more stars I would. Book with Tamila, you won’t regret it - she is the best!

I just finished my third facial at Pure + Simple and it's now my go-to monthly treat. As a nurse, I have to wear a mask for 13+ hours a day and at times, a face shield. This is turn clogs up my pores so bad. Equally, stress builds up so I always look forward to my facial day! I particularly enjoy the upper body and scalp massage that comes with each facial.I admire the staff's professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, kindness and, just their passion for what they do!Each month, I look forward to seeing their specials to try out different treatment at a discounted price.Every time I leave, I feel so relaxed and refreshed. Every session just gets better and better.
