The owner went ABOVE and beyond to accommodate my bridal dress search. She stayed open late and pulled all the most perfect dresses to work within my budget. The customer service and follow ups were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this boutique.

I had a great experience at Crystal Couture Bridal salon. I went with my daughter and two best friends. Karen was amazing and very helpful. Made me feel really comfortable trying on all kinds of dresses. I wasn’t expecting to find “the one” on my first shopping trip but I did. My group an I had so much fun playing say yes to the dress and I was so glad that I was able to say yes to one of them. And the good thing is that it is a Canadian designer and the best thing is that I was able to support a local business. Crystal Couture is definitely a place I would recommend to any bride looking for a dress. Thank you Karen for a great experience.

I was so amazed to find a bridal shop in Port Perry . As, I have just got engaged and have been smiling ever since he purposed to me . We happened to be out in Port Perry . I found a beautiful bridal store . I was so excited and decided to call and make appointment . With the thoughts of trying on wedding dress made me smile . I arrived to the saloon and was greeted by two smiling ladies .Which, I found out were mother and daughter .Excited and with no idea about what kind of wedding dress I wanted they were more then happy to assist me with many styles and beautiful dresses. They made me laugh and cry . What a great pair of ladies. To be so kind and so much fun and knew what to do.My mother lives in the Madrid so they made every minute as if she was there with me. Finally, I said as they say on T.V Yes to a beautiful dress".The excitement of it all . I want to say thank you Cindy and to your mother . Your kindness and making my special day one that he'll remember when he see me walking down that aisle . I can't wait to come back for my fitting and see you both again . What an amazing experience today! I went wedding dress shopping for the first time and found the dress. I had an appointment booked and brought 3 guests, we were all impressed with service here and would highly recommend. I plan on picking up a bridesmaid dress when my wedding gown is in I was very happy. The shop was clean, great selection and efficient service. I would highly recommend.

Love the atmosphere here and customer service. Karen is an excellent bridal consultant to work with. I purchased my wedding dress here and all of my bridesmaids dresses came from this location as well. Fantastic pricing with a wide variety of options! Would highly recommend Crystal Couture!!

Cindy (the owner) is super helpful and she has an excellent selection of dresses for brides, mother of the brides and guests. Her jewelry selection is amazing and reasonably priced.We had been to countless stores looking for a mother of the bride dress for my Mom when I overheard someone talking about this bridal shop in Port Perry. Cindy was a godsend. She was patient and helped my Mom and Aunts all find the perfect dresses. I would highly recommend Cindy and her shop to anyone looking for a dress whether it be for a wedding or special occasion!!

I have had the most amazing experience there. Karen has been so wonderful, my mom and I stopped in on a whim in July when o had first gotten engaged and we found my dress after about a minute. But again, the customer service was amazing, we didn't even make an appointment(which was lucky on our part), and she made us feel so welcome and special and didn't mind that we were video chatting (very loudly) with my maid of honour who loves in the states, in fact she went on camera too and was smiling and laughing with us. I got to have that perfect moment of finding my perfect dress with my mom there and I will cherish that forever. Now let's talk about the selection, it's not the biggest place and I was scared being a bigger girl that I wouldn't find anything that I really loved, obviously was not the case. For being a smaller place, not only does she have a collection of the most beautiful wedding dresses that I have ever seen, but she was clear that I could pick anyone in the store and get it in my size. That aloneade me ready eyed, because what I wanted and found was a dress usually found in only smaller sizes. Needless to say there was a lot of crying that day. My mom actual found her perfect mother of the bride dress there as well. She looked so happy and confident in it that even more years happened. Since than I have been back twice, once to buy my dress, and the other time to pick up my mom's and buy my veil. Every single time I have been there Karen has been just the most wonderful and helpful person. She really makes you feel special, and I wouldn't recommend Crystal Cutoure Bridal to anyone looking for a dress for their special day.

We had a lovely visit at Crystal Couture in Port Perry last weekend. They heard we had a very long journey to get through traffic and brought us a little appetizer to tide us over. The gown is fabulous, and we felt very welcome and cared.for. we couldn't ask for a better bridal party experience. Thanks for a great day at your store, from the Sautner family.

Would like to give an amazing shout out to one of the consultants at Crystal Couture Bridal Boutique; Karen. We had an amazing experience. We had made 3 trips to the store all in which we had delt with Karen. No pushy sales person techniques, just honest, caring, small town friendliness. When my friend came in to try on all styles of bridal wear, Karen was up for the challenge. Helping my friend find what she was looking for, and actually listening to her wants and needs. Our final visiit was with the dresses she had chosen, plus an extra dress that was new to the store ( and ended up being THE ONE") Karen fed us full of positivity! We had so much fun making it all about the bride to me. Karen allowed us to make a "say yes to the dress" moment with signs and glitter and fun.Would 100% reccomend this boutique to anyone of my friends

Very disappointing experience. Once I picked up my dress it was really big! I'm sure it was the wrong size. I had so many alterations done to have it fit properly (not at the store).I spoke to the other women in the bridal party and they all said the same thing! One girls dress was many sizes too big.I tthink they ordered larger dress sizes hoping we would have all the alterations done there. We all spent over $100 extra in alterations because of this.I would never recommend this bridal salon to any one.
