Working with such an upbeat positive individual as Rolanda Simone, of Urbanus Interiors has always been a delightful experience. I feel like I had a good first meeting and explained what I was looking for. I was advised there would be a fee but if I proceeded it would be knocked off. I did not realize by being sent 1 email with a breakdown of costs and a vision board that was nothing like I wanted I had to pay $169.00. I am not sure why I would have to pay for a breakdown of costs as this what would determine if I would proceed and if our visions matched. I feel like I was ripped off.

As a realtor and real estate investor I was looking for someone who could give me a quick turnaround on a property that I was flipping. This is where principle designer Rolanda Simone and Urbanus Interiors came in. Roland met with me and asked me a number of questions regarding the design, she listened and delivered a great product. She took a 70's home and completely transformed it into a bright new modern design. She was involved at every stage of the design process with myself and the construction crew. Everyone who walked through the house loved it. I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her on future projects.
