Great selection of food compared to other Frescos, and generally very fresh, staff are ok, girls on the tills are freindliest.

They treat paying customers like thieves here.Two friends and I went to get groceries, we loaded up the cart and used the self checkout. We had 3 separate bills as we all paid for our own groceries. When we walked towards the exit of FreshCo an employee sprinted past us and told the security guard to check us.I'm okay with the exit man checking my receipt, I'm definitely not okay with an incompetent security guard who can't read the receipt or identify basic fruits and make us look like thieves.No one else was checked, just the three of us, they demanded we show them the contents of our bags and receipts, this guy wasn't even professional about it. We showed him the receipt and opened our bags. This guy couldn't identify raspberries... The fruit box is labeled raspberries but this guy needs to ask us what that is like it's a test. Then when we said it's raspberries he asks us if we paid for it while holding the receipt. Just look at the paper in your hands. It says 2 packs of raspberries, why do you have to treat us like thieves.When Walmart checks your receipts its nice, its quick, its friendly, it doesn't make you feel like you robbed the place. The guy here was awful, it's not just the security guard's fault because an actual employee from FreshCo ran out to tell the security guard to check us.You guys need better training on customer service because you lost three loyal customers. We used to avoid NoFrills because freshco used to give us a better experience but after today we are going to avoid this place. All of us have agreed the staff's behaviour was demeaning, belittling, made us feel like thieves.

The staff is always friendly.The store very clean and stocked.It is my go to store and I recommend it.

Nice, neat and clean store. Experience is better. They also have lots variety for a given item. Love being here for shopping.

Worst Freshco ever seen, I am living near this Freshco and have most of my grocery from here since they are opened. Barely ever seen an associate without an attitude. Always they keep talking with each other while talking to customers. If you ask a question they answer you rudely so you will not dare to ask further. Once I asked for the manager, a man claiming a manager came up with the most rude answer simply saying no to all my questions and walked away with an air of indifference. It looks like they are trained to look bad for the customers.

This is by far one of my favourite grocery stores! Always clean and organized and the staff are so kind and professional. Specially Amanda she is down to earth and always welcomes customers with beautiful smile. I wish these cashiers who works very hard behind these tills has chairs to sit. It must be very hard to stand in the small space when u work an 8 hr shift.

Wonderful place to visit and buy stuff. Always friendly people working. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Always try to keep the racks full. Love going there and getting my groceries.

A good grocery store for a quick stop for non perishables. A problem I have is I purchased a dip today and it expired a week ago. I should’ve checked the date but why was it still on the shelf in the first place? Whoever’s stocking needs to be a bit more observant.

Please start putting locks on your shopping carts so that customers to do not steal them. They are being dumped in nearby neighbourhoods. People are hauling their groceries in these carts to their home. This is an ongoing problem.
