Ride One Queens Quay - Scooter rentals

I am interested n an electric unicycle but am from out of town with zero experience. They were super helpful. They got me on an EUC with a free introductory lesson. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable I was at their new location at 13 Polson. While I can’t say I mastered anything and certainly there is a real learning curve on riding a EUC but the whole experience was very positive. There was zero sales pressure and people willing to give me their thoughts on different models. Rather than trying to direct me to this or that the conversation always came back to how I saw my needs, what I was likely to do. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I took my dad for Father’s Day & he had such a good time. The team was so friendly & made sure we knew how to use the scooters and were safe before we started. Highly recommend it!

The staff was really nice! It was my first time ever riding an electric scooter and one of the staff showed me how to ride the scooter, he even celebrated when i got it down! My group of friends went there last time and they had to come back early due to the weather and they applied the hour they missed to their next one. The scooters are high quality, clean, reliable and always full charge. Highly recommended to rent or bring your own speakers, it will make your ride much better. Thanks again for your scooters!

Very lucky to have a place like this in the city. All your PEV dreams can come true with a huge selection of all things electric to rent or buy. Owner is very nice and supports the community in so many ways.

Great services. It is always great to spend Sunday in toronto with this e scooters and there service is always above and beyond. Special thanks to shaggy a guy with great beard who helped us a lot and make sure me and family feels comfortable and even helped us to our trip to toronto island just because we don’t know the way.Must try

My gf and I each rented the e scooter for 2 hours and it was an amazing time! We will definitely be doing this again and renting our scooters at Ride One because the scooters are nice and go quite fast, the renting process is quick and easy and the stuff were super nice and helpful :)

The guys were great! Rented with them on canada day and since it was hard to find parking, they were so kind to start our time when we got there (just give them a heads up). The scooters were great and fun and the customer service was outstanding!Thanks guys !! Definitely will be doing this again :)

Had an awesome time using Ride One's escooters recently! Staff is super kind and gave recommendations for places to visit. We even got a complementary polaroid photo to take home! Will be back next time for sure.

Easy straightforward process. Scan the QR code, sign the waiver and away you go. Phone holder included on the ninebot e-scooters. Demos/tutorials offered. Call ahead to reserve as the rentals run out fast by 6pm. The staff were very friendly and allowed my friends and me to try out the one wheels and e-bike. Had a blast. Will definitely return if I don't buy my own scooter first.
