For the particular restaurant being located in the DTES I found the staff to be welcoming and inclusive towards everybody, including the few regular homeless people that would occasionally wander inside. These unhoused individuals were never looked down upon or asked to leave and that impresses me. The coffee was always fresh and food prepared quickly and with love. The restaurant is always clean and garbage never overflowing and no mice or bugs.

The worst Tim Hortons in the gastown region even maybe east side of Vancouver.They only have two employees working at a time and they are all so slow it’s amazing. The line up keeps growing and let’s not mention that BOTH washrooms have been out of order for the past 3 months.They need to shape up or ship out with new management with this one

This Tim’s works so hard to provide high-quality and quick service along with friendly service. They are not very hard neighbourhood so you have to give them a pat on the back for having to deal with all the extra troubles that that comes with that

I would like to rate this Zero stars but I cant... as it has absolutely absurd wait times.... the staff don't even acknowledge anyone..... I had one couple in front of me waiting to order and 1 skip driver waiting to pick something up and it took 20 mins to get a tea....They didn't even take my order for well over 15 mins... not only that but when they did go to take the order they did not say sorry for the wait.....This is not OK !!! you are a walk in Timmy's having only 2 people working and seemingly no one working the cash....they had the order screens closed (blocked by a gate)..... this is the 2nd time I went in there and it was the exact same 20 plus mins to get a tea....dont know why there isnt 3 people working here... 1 for cash and 2 for order prepping slow as molasses's..... NOT IMPRESSED at all

Very very slow service, no matter at what time you visit at this place, always the service is horrible and the best part is if you order food they make excuses of cleaning things finished up things just to decrease their work load, moreover last week I took begal that smells like grease, horrible taste, guys if you don’t wanna serve just quit your job and do something else, instead of wasting people money. Disgusting.

Quick service, well trained staff. Even on the weekend I had a very short wait, and they kept the lineup down to 3 at any given time.

We ask for small latte and pay for it, after 10 minutes person came and said the espresso machine not working, I ask for regular coffee with cream no sugar and he gave it to us, but it was full of sugar

I cannot believe Arlyene has only 2 staff working at a time with the kiosk to self order. Staff are clearly working under extreme pressure at such a busy location. I cannot believe what i saw and how hard this young man was working. Shame on you Arlyene, do better than that.

Staff behaviour is quite good and great food quality as I talked one of the employees here and he has 4 years degree in food science. That guy name is Rajinder Singh (SPSIKRI)
