Delia was super helpful. She answered all our questions very patiently about car seats and strollers. And trust me, we had a lot of questions as first time parents. She explained everything about installation and all the safety requirements as well. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I went there to get bassinet for that we waited 2 hours but no one was helping one employee told us at customer service that we don’t have it just come back to get exact day or time for restock and then another employee told us we have it just pay and get it when we went to counter the another employee asked to wait just to double check the availability we were so tired to go here and there very poor service they even don’t know what product we have or not in back stock . It was so irritating

Great customer experience. Emma was friendly and personable. TOY’S R US Langley is always best-in-class Thank you.I did have a comment about the PAC-MAN arcade located right beside customer service. It is quite bothersome as it makes a lot of noise and makes it difficult to talk to the customer service representatives. That and I could only imagine how nerve racking that would be for the employees. My recommendation would be to move it.Thanks

If you want to get ripped off and pay more then shop here. This company does not price match with other stores. Obviously as they know they are not competitive with other retailers. As we had a few gift cards for this store we wanted to use them to purchase a baby swing. We were unimpressed to see that this retailer was selling the item for $75 more than other retailers. Would recommend checking prices before purchasing here unless you like wasting money.

I really wish I had taken photos. I haven't been at Toys R Us in years but I thought that I'd take a walk through the store today just out of curiosity. As an educator, I was incredibly impressed at the overwhelming selection of books and how well displayed and organized they were. Teacher resource heaven! I will definitely be going back. They even had an indigenous literature section that was featured. There were selections for all ages and a lot of variety, from classic books to current ones. It was a pleasant surprise.

Great place for kids. Just a smorgasbord of visual treats for the children. Prices will be higher than many online places except for sale items. But knowing that they have stock on hand for last minute wish lists counts for a lot, if you don't want to disappoint the little ones. It's ok, they have a ways to go before learning anything about delayed gratification.

If management is reading this, they need to commend Tabitha. My wife and I have never met someone so enthusiastic about baby products. As new parents, shopping for an infant car seat can be overwhelming, but Tabitha's expertise and knowledge put our worries and stress at relief. We will definitely be coming back here, and we wish Tabitha the best with her work and studies!

I was at the Langley store today and I was very disappointed to learn that the great promotion of 10% off for seniors on the 1st Tuesday of the month with a R membership was discontinued. I am on a fixed income and have 5 grandchildren to buy for not only Christmas but other occasions. If you no longer give any toy value deals as before the Pandemic started then I can go to any of your toy competitors and purchase instead of you. No one seems to want to give anyone a break since all of this so called supply issues started. I will not be coming back to purchase.

Big store with a good selection. Products range from cheap plastic to decently made stuff. They used to have more books, but they don't have as many as before. The baby stuff on the left is quite good, strollers, beds, changing tables, and the like. Tonnes of Disney and Marvel stuff.Pro tip: spend some time browsing the board game section.
