Two years ago I was shopping at Loblaw and I was greeted by this great gentleman KD who was standing outside his Kiosk and asked me questions about my plan and phone - not only I ended up getting a new phone and plan but I am back after 2 years to get another upgrade and new phone for my wife as well!! The service provided by KD is outstanding. I highly recommend The Mobile Shop and KD

I see some of the other reviewers writing about waiting in line for 2 to 3 hours during Black Friday and Boxing Day. I had to do the same, but when it was my turn, I realized how long it can take to set up new plans and activate the many great deals offered at this time (hence, the long wait, and hence the reason people were lining up in the first place). I think some of you should be more reasonable in your reviews. The world doesn't revolve around you.The staff here were working extremely hard, not taking any breaks between clients, some of which were a little inconsiderate seeing that there was a long queue (you could have asked them to install your screen protector another time to get the line moving).Both Harpreet and the manager did a great job helping me out, considering the circumstances. I got a great deal on 2 new iPhone 12s and 2 new phone plans to go along with them. I came back a few days later to activate another new plan for my dad also. Again, great experiences all around.A kind reminder to be more considerate with your reviews and take the entire situation into account. These were some of the best Black Friday and Boxing Day deals, it's not realistic to not have to wait in line.

I had the pleasure of dealing with agent Jason K at The Mobile Shop inside Loblaws. He was absolutely incredible. I don't know how he could multi task dealing with so many customers and phone calls and demanding customer like me who got a better offer from the retention department of one service provider and had to come back to return the phone and signed up with another provider. He was completely swamped yet he remained calm, cool, and collected and serviced each customer very well. I was totally impressed how he could juggle multiple tasks to make everyone happy. I salute him and wish he has a great career ahead. Job well done and beyond!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I dealt with KD for 2 LG phones and the service was exceptional! He engaged with me in a very friendly manner and answered all my questions. I love my present phone and he got me a reasonable plan. I will see him for my next phone for sure. Helen Katz

let customers buy phones outright WITHOUT the need to pay for half of it with PC points... what reason could you give that would justify such a need? 300,000 points and 300$ just to buy a 600$ phone instead of just letting me pay 600$?

I have been to this store on 4 separate occasions to get new phone plans for my wife, 2 kids and myself. Each time I have had the pleasure of dealing with KD. He takes the time to understand my families needs for a phone plan and budget. He works hard to find me the best deal! I will continue to use this store for all my cell phone needs as I benefit greatly from dealing with KD.

I’ve been coming here since 10 years and this is my go to store for groceries.The staff here is friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. It is always a joy to buy from KD at The Mobile Shop. He always hooks me up with best promos with PC Points.

I am totally satisfied with the services in this mobile shop as the team there is very professional and knowledgeable. No cohere to buy or convert your plan. I got a great deal in upgrading my mobile iPhone to the latest for a small and affordable sum. Two staff that deserves mention are Adarsh and KD the manager. Highly recommended place.

KD and Adarsh have been very helpful to us when we bought our 3rd phone from this store .they are very patient with senior who have problems using new technology. Their follow up survey are really good and always ready to help. I have no hesitation recommending my friends which I have done in past. You Guys are an asset to The mobile shop.
