I had phoned them up to come out to give me a quote. On their website as it said Free" consultation. After postponing me for a week I had 2 other companies in that told me I needed a new Hvac system. By the time they came they told me what I already new. They then charged me $120 even though it said on their site it was free. Okay maybe a misunderstanding. I then followed up three times for someone to give me a call and discuss my Unit. No one got back to me ever."

Cannot thank this company enough for coming this Sunday a.m. and repairing our central air system. Worried about cost and upselling but easy enough fix. Honesty is rare these days and appreciated.Will be sure to hire again for any future work needed.

I choose Williams based on reviews. I wasn't disappointed. My central air was not working and I called for service. I got a next morning appointment. Elmer the tech showed up. He was very personable. He quickly found and fixed the problem. He explained the issue and some tips for maintaining unit. He checked inside and made sure unit was preforming properly. Thank-you so much Elmer and Williams KoolHeat. I recommend to all. I will call again when I need to.

I woke up on Christmas Eve to discover the temperature in my house had dropped to a frigid 51F. I called and was greeted by friendly and sympathetic staff. The massive snowstorm and road conditions made a service call impossible. Not wanting me to be without heat, they went above and beyond and had a technician call me and help me to identify and resolve the problem. I would recommend this company without hesitation!!

Dave and his staff at William Kool Heat were amazing to work with. Dave was one of only two contractors who noticed that our duct work was too small for the larger heat pump system we needed for our house. He sized the heat pump perfectly for our homes heating and cooling demand, and re-worked the duct system to ensure that we could maximize the efficiency of the heat pump. His team was very clean and efficient with the work on site. They commissioning the new heat pump so it runs very well and quietly as well. I would recommend Williams Kool Heat for any HVAC work, and especially for any heat pump installations!

I used this company to do a complete install of new furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioner. Also, they revamped all my duct work to give me extra space in my basement. They did an amazing job, there price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. On Christmas eve one of their technicians came to my house at 2pm stayed for at least 2 1/2 hours to trouble shoot the problems with my furnace and the owner ended up driving in a snow storm to bring the valve that was needed for the repair. The technician was on his way home for the holidays.(THAT IS SERVICE). I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done in there home.

A week ago I had Elmer, the technician from Williams Kool Heat at my home to figure out what was causing an issue with my furnace. I was very impressed by Elmer's knowledge and ability to swiftly remedy the situation with my furnace. He explained what was causing the issue, provided me options as to how he could remedy the issue as well as the differing costs. Based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend Williams Kool Heat!

My AC fan condenser broke last Wednesday (a week ago). They came quickly (the same day), and checked out the problem. Called around for parts/part sized and or quotes for new unit. Elmer was very patient, polite, and informative. They came back on Friday (2 days later) and installed a new AC unit. Took them about 2.5-3hrs. Quick and efficient!The only problem I had was I initially was going to pay the first visit in cash. They said if you pay with credit card, they waive that fee if you buy a new unit. This fee was not waived.

My heater stopped working during the middle of a snow storm. My brother in law referred me to your company and I was very impressed with Dave and the service he provided on such short notice. After my call Dave promptly arrived and he was able to get my furnace back up and running again in no time. Dave was kind and patient and courteous. Dave provided an easy explanation as to what caused my heater to stop running and shared some tips with me on what to look for going forward should something like this happen again. I truly appreciated the explanation on what filter to use for my furnace as well as checking my humidifier at the same time since it was dry in my home. All in all, Dave provided exceptional, prompt, professional and courteous service. I highly recommend using Williams Kool Heat in the future.
