Just purchased a 2017 canam renegade 1000 XXC with extremely low KM and we are so happy with the customer service we received. Justin and Darcy were so great to work with, along with the other two guys they had in the shop. Everything from the professional communication to the friendly atmosphere made this experience that much better. They were open and honest about everything with the quad and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found what we were looking for. We will be back!

We bought 2 machines off of these guys. They were very friendly and everything was what they said it would be. We traveled over 1000kms to get them and they were understanding and were awesome when I got home and had a few questions they were more then happy to help. We will be buying from them again.

These guys are the best. I took my time shopping around for a new/used quad. I found a couple on their website and went over there and got everything sorted out in no time and left with my quad. Price was fair. Service was excellent. I will recommend Park Premium to everyone I know.

From start to finish was a very easy process, was my first ATV so don't know much about them. But I went in with my eye on one and they didn't try to up sell to a more expensive model. Very friendly.

***Buyer Beware***My deal started off on the right foot. Jason was great to deal with, there was very little sales pressure as I knew what I was looking for. I asked questions, got more photos and made sure I was satisfied prior to my 700km one way trip down to pick the ATV up. The dealer told me they had two identical machines, within hours and kms of each other, I didn't put any thought into it. Financing was arranged with no issues and communication was good.I arrived to pick the atv and my salesman Jason was off for the weekend. I dealt with Darcy the finance manager. A few things immediately stood out that wasn't mentioned. The ATV had white stress marks in the plastic around all 4 fenders, impossible to see in the requested pics. Plastic pannels weren't clipped together. The ATV was super super clean, like clean to the point something felt off, the hard to reach areas of the bike were still caked with mud. The handle bars were bent, when looked at the right angle you can see it. The front brake reservoir was full of clear fluid, and appeared to be new. When riding the atv there was a vibration in the handle bars at low idle and sitting still. I'm not an ATV expert but with 20yrs of riding experience it didn't take long to put everything together. I think the ATV was rolled. The new front brake reservoir, bent handles, stressed plastic and vibration. The ATV that was described as a very nice clean quad" had been rolled hard enough to stress the plastic and bend the bars and require the front brake set up to be replaced. The ATV had a horn installed and in talking to a Yamaha dealer later they told me the only people to put a horn on a ATV is rental companies or jobsites

I was dealing on a Honda Pioneer and they sold it out from under me. Neither Jason or Darcy asked for a deposit to hold the machine which lead me to believe I was the only person dealing on it. I'm not entirely certain If I was the first person dealing on it or if somebody else was to be fair. But to run several credit applications on one machine from different people concurrently is a very low brow way of doing business. Something to be wary of if you plan on dealing here
