Joe at Tesla is the best! He will not let you leave his business unless you are completely satisfied. He will never try to oversell and he is bound and determined to help you in any way possible. We went in several times over a 3 year period with our old computer actually telling Joe we need a new one and every time Joe told us he could repair what we had. And he did - with a 1 year warranty each time. We finally replaced that computer with one Joe built himself and WOW - loving it. I will never go anywhere else and will continue to hand out his business cards to everyone. THANK YOU JOE!!

I had a question about adapters. They easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and forcing me to buy /repair my adapter from them. Instead, they directed me to use my other adapter for the smaller screen computer I wanted to take to school with me. They didn't stop there, they explained very clearly and in an uncondescending manner why using the adapter I already have would not cause damage to my smaller computer. I must mention this consultation happened on the phone for free at their business hour! In conclusion, I applaud them for their honesty, integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. I give them a five rating.

Tesla Computers got me back on-line with the old system within hours. However, at my suggestion, a return visit was made the following day to replace all my old equipment with new equipment.I am soooo pleased with the results. I give Tesla Computers an easily earned 5 stars. Joe is a phenomenal guy, with vast knowledge and computer skills. I was in and out of there with a fixed PC in under 24 hours. I have zero complaints.Very personable, and easy going from the moment i stepped through the door. The service was much appreciated Joe!I suggest you take your computer here if you want someone specialized to take a look at your hardware and/or software.

Absolutely wonderful service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My laptop's hard drive failed and he was able to diagnose and replace in just a couple days, and the cost was very friendly as well. He even included a copy of Windows in case I ran into any further problems. He also kept me updated through the process. I would absolutely recommend Tesla to anyone.

The gentleman that owns that place I have all the respect that you could give a person that guy is totally awesome I went in there with my home security system thinking that it was no good and he called me in the shared me thought it was not my system that was no good it was only the power packs this guy could have ripped me off and we sold me a whole different system and I would have known nothing about it he's very kind and courteous and very very helpful God bless him and may he stay safe

Brought my computer in for service and was fixed in an outstanding timely matter. He was able to explain what was wrong with it and offered different solutions to the problem. Will use his service again over any other repair shop in windsor. Thanks!

I had a problem with my laptop & Joe was able to help me - I was so grateful as I thought my computer would be in the shop for a few days but instead Joe was able to solve the problem quickly & efficiently & I was only there for 10 minutes & he spotted the problem - not only that he would not accept payment! Thank you Joe my laptop is working great now!
