Excellent experience. Came in afternoon with appointment for blood test. There weren't many customers. The front desk was very nice and patient. The nurse was very experienced. I came here because the first clinic I went couldn't find my vein. The nurse here found my vein and successfully inserted the needle very quickly. The whole process took around 5-10min waiting + 5-7min for blood test.

The staff here is phenomenal. I often had issues with my veins collapsing or being hard to draw blood from, before coming here. This location is so good at drawing blood and they are super friendly, it is always a positive experience. I will not go anywhere else.

Very good first impression! I easily booked an appointment on LifeLabs website, and I went straight into a room when I arrived. The staff is very friendly and plays upbeat music. The atmosphere of the clinic is simply calming.As a diabetic who is always required to fast for bloodwork, I take efficiency, prompt entry, and kindness very seriously - and this is exactly what I received. Thank you!This location and its bathroom is also very clean, smells fresh, and I will be returning.

I dropped in after a drs appointment to get blood work done. Quick, clean, and friendly experience. Waited under 20 mins. Everyone was excellent. Nice job! Thank you! Nice that they are located in the hospital. Lots of other services nearby from food to pharmacy.

This is one of the better LifeLabs around. The staff are courteous, kind, patient and not miserable while maintaining their professionalism. They are up-front and personal. I hope this remains the same when new staff are stationed. My family and I have been coming to this Centenary location for years.

I am trying to reach the receptionist and doctor via call from past three weeks but no one is picking up the call. It's the worst experience. Doctor advised me to call after a week and this is now over the head not answering my calls. I want to know about my blood tests.

First time at this location, the staff were friendly. Had an appointment prebooked for my daughter (6) and I did explain that she is not a fan of needles and it was her first time having blood drawn. They were calm, patient and very encouraging

Excellent customer service at this location. Samir was extremely helpful, funny, and prompt in his service. Didn't have an appointment and was in and out with a blood test done in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this LifeLabs location.

I was told to fast but didnt realize that also meant no smoking. This place is so unprofessional they said 'oh, that doesnt matter'. I questioned that and the guy at the desk started with some weird attitude. 'I am only trying to help you' and I said 'No you are not'. He said he would refuse me. I got up and left. Something seriously wrong here.
