Perfect smoke shop. They have knowledgeable staff who have something to offer for the newcomer and the seasoned smoker. Nice humidor, but I'm a pipe guy, not a cigar guy. Great selection of pipes, tobaccos and accessories to get you sorted.

What Brigham & More excels at beyond their wonderful selection is their customer service. As someone new to cigars they made me feel very comfortable asking questions and they never looked to upsell me (they asked how much I would like to spend and made suggestions within my price point). I never feel rushed or looked down upon for a lack of knowledge; all of the staff are always happy to chat and help. They have an optional custom program which keeps track of purchases, so if you can’t remember the name of what you purchased last time it is super easy for them to look it up for you. I always look forward to my visits here. A+ and gold stars across the board.

Moved from UK few years ago and was looking for a cigar shop in Toronto. I noticed the amazing reviews online and decided to give it a try . To be honest this place is simply marvellous! The owners are amazing and helped me choose perfect cigares for my Bday. I highly recommend this place , local business with great knowledge of cigares! I reckon I shall return very soon !

I recently purchased a Brigham pipe from this store. Service is top notch. Item was a little slow to ship, but the store was in touch with me to let me know about the delay and the cause. When it did ship they even included a couple additional items by way of apology. If you need to buy a smoking pipe in the GTA, this is the place to go.

This is one of the best cigar stores in the city. Their staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and never rushed. I just wish we didn't pay so much tax on cigars in Canada. They always have a good selection and bring in new cigars all of the time.

I'm a new pipe-smoker, still feeling my way after trying the hobby for the past 2 months. I'm fairly obsessed with finding a few go-to blends, however, as well as a few more pipes to round out my stable.Great service for the beginning pipe smoker is essential, and so far Brigham & More have provided the best, friendliest, and most patient experience. I've been to Thomas Hinds and Casablanca, which were both fine, but the young clerk at B&M made a much stronger connection with me.Selection seems good for a Canadian shop (I know, Canadian selection is overall the pits and expensive) and the stock seems well turned-over.I left the store with a couple of new pipes and 2 bulk English blends to try and a little sad that the store is on the other end of the city from me.
