Love the vibes and ambiance in this salon. The owners dog is a sweetie pie. My hair dresser did exactly what I asked for and turned by dark brown hair into a beautiful blonde balayage. I'm so happy with how my hair lifted in just one session. I would definitely come back. Thanks again for making me feel so beautiful :)

Azbaa Is the best colorist in town! Bobby’s Hair Studio is extremely lucky to have such a talented person who’s extremely passionate about her job. This was my first time getting my hair done with Azbaa as I hadn’t found my hair person in Vancouver since my move from Toronto.She’s smart, genuine and understanding. She was patient with me while I figured out what I wanted and spent a lot of time showing me the various options. Thank you so much Azbaa!

I got my hair done a while back by Chanell. She is absolutely amazing. I've never loved my blonde hair more. I love to dye my hair lots of different fun colours and she did a balayage on me that has lasted for forever. I'm so happy with the blonde she got me to and am really looking forward to my next big balayage appointment. My roots are grown out quite a bit now but honestly, it doesn't look terrible because she blended my hair so nicely. :) Super great, professional, and talented. Great conversation too!

Got my hair coloured for the first time and I am in love with how it looks. Chanell did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend her for anyone colouring their hair for the first time and wanting to keep it natural. Also, she was super sweet ☺️. I have already gotten so many compliments.

Ashli was AMAZING! I've had haircuts that have made me nervous to trust new people with my hair and she was excellent at making me relaxed and excited. Though she is a blonde specialist, she is knowledgeable, helpful and knows exactly what she is doing. Her work is phenomenal so you should definitely book her ASAP!

I booked balyage appointment with Karndeep. She was great, very patient and did a great job with my hair. I would recommend her.

I had been a client at Bobby Hair for haircuts for several years; on June 8, I decided to attend to get my hair coloured. Katie, the owner, was booked until late July; therefore, she referred me to another artist employed at her salon (whom she claimed she trained). Before the appointment, I had sent Katie pictures of what I was looking for. I stayed at Bobby Hair on June 8 from 9 AM to 3 PM and left with a mop of brassy, orange-yellow hair. I went home and noted that the back of my dress was stained from bleach (in several areas). I texted Katie with my concerns (bleach having ruined my dress and the brassy hair). She offered a $50 credit. I instead requested to come back in and have my hair toned again as I was genuinely embarrassed going out in public with my hair looking like that. Katie agreed and said they would cover the cost of fixing it. I attended the salon again on June 10 and had my hair “fixed” by the original stylist that had butchered it.Interestingly, neither Katie nor the stylist offered any apology for their error. My hair was “fixed,” and I left. The following day I awoke, and there was dark hair dye on my pillowcase—I again contacted Katie with my dissatisfaction and shock. Bobby Hair had managed to bleach and ruin my dress, and now my pillowcase was also covered in hair dye. Katie stated, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I then mentioned that the $50 credit offered to me was the same $50 tip I had originally left. She stated she could remove the credit from the account and e-transfer the $50 back, which she did. While understanding that everyone can make mistakes, the lack of accountability and sheer unprofessionalism left me shocked. As such, I will never return to Bobby Hair and will continue to share my experience with others so that no one else has to deal with such poor service.
