If you’ve never tried Laura Secord, you need to give it a try. Every time I visit Halifax I have to get the Superkid ice-cream. It’s colorful and delicious and takes me back in time. And there is a ton of chocolate to choose from which they are famous for. Please try this. You won’t be disappointed!

The girl that was working there was extremely rude, unprofessional, and Basically wanted us out so she wouldn’t make any more waffles. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but it starts with an M. HORRIBLE customer service as it was my first time in the store and last. Wherever we would stand she would tell us, not ask tell us to move I think that should be enough to show you how terrible the customer service is there.

Loved the milkshake! They give you the option to choose three scoops of ice cream to put inside the drink and it was deliciousss, it's more aimed at quality over quantity. Their ice cream is a little more pricey due to the use of homemade waffle cones that look amazing.

I’ve always seen these stores in both malls and have never gone in before cause I always thought it was way too expensive even though never actually looked at the menu it was just the vibe the store gives. I finally entered and it was so nice, the worker was very friendly although felt bad that she was the only one working there and no one to help. The prices was good and the sundae was delicious.Definitely will be back again!

I had such a good experience at this Laura Secord! There were really good deals and the manager was awesome. She knew so much about the products, at one point I asked her how much chocolate was in different products and she accurately quoted the gram amount without even looking. I was impressed!!It’s not every day that you’re genuinely impressed when you go into a retail store.

Awful experience! Went to the store for a promotional offering of free ice cream that was on until 9pm. When I arrived I was told by the staff that the promotion was over even though it was only 8pm. I then still bought an ice cream and was dissapponted when it fell off right away due to improper ice cream storage temperature. Next time I will make the correct choice and shop at Lindor instead!

Purchased two ice cream cones yesterday. The size of the scoops have shank considerably in the past four months leaving us feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Maybe it washard to scoop for the employee because the ice cream was very soft....in that case just don't sell it please because we went for hard ice cream.

Ice cream was melted and poorly scooped on. It fell off within 5 seconds of leaving the store before it was even touched. Also, there was a promotion for free ice cream that ended at 9pm, but the employees ended it early at 8pm. False advertising. Would never shop here again.

Visited Laura Secord at the Halifax location. Picked up some of their classic chocolate bars which are always high quality. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Used to be good, but now a bad service and the quantity is so little. They used to use Laura Secord paper cups for a scoop ofice cream, but now a styrofoam cup with a couple of bites ice cream inside. The lady who served us seemed she didn't want tobe there.
